Third TOPREGAL location - planning underway for the construction of a new warehouse & production facility
The completely newly developed area in Pasewalk with the name "Industrial Park Berlin-Szczecin" is located close to the A20 and thus very well connected for the north-eastern part of the republic as well as the neighboring European countries. As the first official buyer of an approx. 55,000m² building plot for the third TOPREGAL location, the interest of the public and the press was very high when the investment project was presented to the Pasewalk city representatives.
"We have chosen Pasewalk, a strategically favorable location for us, in order to build a completely new company location there according to our wishes and ideas and to support the local structure with the approximately 30 permanent jobs created" company owner Jürgen Effner informed those present. In the future TOPREGAL location, just as in Filderstadt and Wesel, the entire product range will be stocked in corresponding high-bay warehouses, as well as individual orders and services will be carried out. But before this can happen, the warehouses will first be planned and built according to our requirements. We are very confident that we will be able to supply the greater Berlin area, Scandinavia and Eastern Europe from Pasewalk in 2021.
