Customer pick-up

Depending on the vehicle fleet and distance to our warehouse in Germany, either Baden-Württemberg, North Rhine-Westphalia, or also in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, it may make sense for you to pick up the ordered items yourself (Our customers outside Germany are requested to contact us in advance for ordering, as customer pick-up is not offered in all our webshops, but we are happy to facilitate it for you.). Double advantages: You will receive your goods within 48 hours, and you will also receive a customer pick-up discount of 5% on the net purchase value.

Large quantities are in stock

In order to be able to realize our short delivery times we pre-produce large inventories. These are located in our more than 50,000 m² large storage areas and are ready for order picking. Thus, the majority of our assortment is immediately available. We provide our pallet racks, storage racks, cantilever racks and and other products in several warehouses, thus ensuring our extremely fast delivery time or a collection in a few hours.

Pickup - the procedure

After placing your order, you select one of our payment methods. Then we will contact you regarding  of your pick-up and the relevant information such as pack size and weight. We offer you a pickup date of max. 48h after your order.

Ordering process - picking up the goods

On-site support

In our central storage, you can pick-up with any type of vehicles (e.g. semitrailer, sprinter). On site, our warehouse staff will help with the loading of the goods. Normally, the pallet will be load on the vehicle from the side by a forklift. With pleasure, you are welcome by prior appointment for a product viewing appointment and personal advice from one of our sales staff, on site.
