We offer our storage shelving in depths of 40 cm, 50 cm, 60 cm, 80 cm, 100 cm and 120 cm.

The individual levels can be hung or attached individually as required at a grid spacing of 5 cm in height.
The number of levels depends on the height / weight of your stored goods. A prerequisite is always the even distribution of the loads (shelf load: max. 500 kg, bay load 2000 kg - storage rack)
Our shelving must not be fixed to the wall. According to the guidelines of the German Social Accident Insurance DGUV 208-061, DIN EN 15512 and DIN EN 15635, floor anchoring of pallet racking is mandatory. Floor anchoring is required for storage racks if the depth/height ratio is greater than 5:1. If the ratio is lower, no fixing is required. Please note: Our spacers are designed exclusively for parallel positioning of our shelving.

The quality of our storage racks – voluntary rack inspections
Our storage racks undergo regular, voluntary external quality inspections every year. During these inspections, the racks are tested for load capacity, rigidity and stability. The load notices included in the scope of delivery state the maximum shelf and bay loads of the industrial racking systems.
Bay, shelf and point loads of industrial racking systems

a) Point load
A force acting at a single point on the floor, also known as an individual load.
b) Shelf load
The maximum load capacity of a single rack level when the load is evenly distributed across each beam level. The maximum shelf load depends, among other things, on the beam length.
c) Bay load
The maximum total load of the rack when the load is evenly distributed between two uprights. The sum of the individual shelf loads must not exceed the permissible bay load.

Technical information about industrial racking systems
Anchoring the base plate to the floor
- Drill holes with a diameter of 8 mm and a depth of 80 mm
- Blow out the holes
- Drive the bolt anchor into the drilled hole
- Tighten the nut securely using an open-ended spanner or similar tool



Centre-to-centre distances of industrial racking systems
The centre-to-centre distance describes the width of a rack bay and the distance between two uprights. We offer distances of 110 cm and 220 cm, which can be freely combined. Configure the required industrial racking systems with your chosen bay lengths. Thanks to their modular design, the storage racks can also be extended at any time after installation.
Securing the beams
To secure the beams, you need the following individual components: the preassembled rack upright, the beam and the locking pin. Position the preassembled upright and hook the beams into the upright profiles on both sides at the required height in a 50 mm grid. Finally, insert the locking pins into the designated holes in the beams. Ensure that the final beam is fitted at least 50 cm below the top of the upright.

Rack decking – the right option for every requirement
Our range includes various types of rack decking: grating, wood and steel. The characteristics of each version are described below.

1. Grating decking
The grating decking consists of 110 cm modules. Insert the steel decking into the stepped beam to secure and stabilise it. Its maximum load capacity is 500 kg when the load is evenly distributed. Storage racks with grating decking are ideal for storing hazardous materials or liquids.
2. Wooden decking
Our wooden decking consists of 25 mm thick chipboard. Insert the wooden decking into the stepped beam to secure and stabilise it. Its maximum load capacity is 500 kg when the load is evenly distributed. Storage racks with wooden decking are ideal for storing dry goods such as cartons or storage boxes.
3. Steel decking
The steel decking consists of 110 cm modules. Insert the steel decking into the stepped beam to secure and stabilise it. Its maximum load capacity is 500 kg when the load is evenly distributed. Because storage racks with steel decking can be washed clean, they are ideal for storing liquids such as paints or oils.
Accessories for storage racks

1. Shelf dividers
Keep your storage racks organised with our shelf dividers. They allow you to arrange your racks efficiently so that goods, semi-finished products and raw materials can be found, stored and retrieved quickly.
2. Spacer
Spacers are used to position rows of racks parallel to one another and to secure them to a wall.
3. Collision protection
Collision protection helps prevent potential damage to rack uprights. Corner areas exposed to forklift traffic must be fitted with collision protection in particular. Each collision guard is supplied with four bolt anchors for securing it to the floor.
4. Levelling plates
Levelling plates, also known as shims, compensate for uneven floors when a rack is installed. Positioned beneath the base plates, they help ensure the safe operation of the racking system.
5. Cabinets and lockers
Day-to-day work in workshops and warehouses involves a wide range of activities and numerous tools that must always be close at hand.
6. Perforated panel and side panel
The practical perforated panel allows tools to be hung up and saves space when tools and materials are stored. The side panel is ideal for storing tools, small parts and work equipment.
7. Open-fronted storage bins
Open-fronted storage bins keep small parts clearly organised and make order picking straightforward. Their contents remain visible at a glance from the outside, even when the bins are stacked.
8. Round beam
Prevents goods and packages from falling out of the storage rack. Goods can be secured easily using the round beam.
9. Magnetic labelling strip
Roll of magnetic strip for flexible rack-bay labelling. Its wipe-clean surface supports sustainable organisation.
10. Bicycle holder
Space-saving hook for hanging bicycles. High-quality workmanship ensures a long service life, while its straightforward design makes bicycles easy to hang and remove.
Metal storage racks and flexible wide-span racks
Our metal storage racks can be ordered as complete configurations or as individual components comprising beams, rack uprights, decking and much more, allowing flexible customisation. Carefully designed industrial rack systems make the new storage racks quick and easy to assemble. Heavy-duty storage racks provide a shelf load of 500 kilograms and a bay load of 2,000 kilograms, matching typical warehouse requirements. Wide-span racks are ideal for many types of stored goods, particularly bulky and very heavy items. Wooden, steel and grating decking each offers particular benefits for different goods. Steel decking or panels, for example, are ideal for storing liquids because the surfaces can be cleaned thoroughly following a spill.
Every metal storage rack shown here can later be extended in width using additional uprights or fitted with further pairs of beams. Rewritable white magnetic strips make it easy to label the racks and can be wiped clean and updated at any time. Our extensive range of storage-rack accessories, including magnetic labelling strips, storage bins, perforated and side panels and many other products, completes the accessory selection.
Compatible tool cabinets and lockers for metal storage racks
The special construction of our tool cabinets and lockers makes them compatible with the metal storage racks, allowing them to be inserted or removed without additional assembly. The depths of the wide-span rack and cabinets are coordinated precisely so that the units rest securely on the stepped beams and locate themselves in place. Use this practical addition to store workwear, tools and other materials neatly in a lockable area.
Storage-rack inspections
