Quality of our storage racks - Voluntary testing of the storage racks
We have our storage shelving subjected to regular and voluntary external quality inspections every year. The storage racks are tested for load, rigidity and stability. The maximum shelf and bay loads of the industrial shelving systems can be found on the load plates included in the scope of delivery.
Bay, shelf and point load of the industrial shelving systems
a) Point load
The forces acting on the floor at a point, also known as an individual load.
b) Shelf load
Indicates the maximum load-bearing capacity of a single shelf with an evenly distributed load per crossbeam level. The maximum shelf load depends, among other things, on the cross beam length.
c) Bay load
Describes the maximum total load of the shelving unit with an evenly distributed load between two uprights. The sum of the individual shelf loads must not exceed the permissible bay load.

Technical information on industrial shelving systems
Floor anchoring of the base plate
- Drill holes with a diameter of 8 mm and a depth of 80 mm
- Blow out the holes
- Drive the bolt anchor into the drilled hole
- Tighten the nut with an open-end wrench or similar
Axial dimensions of industrial shelving systems
The axial dimension describes the width of a shelving bay and the distance between two uprights. We offer axle dimensions in widths of 110 and 220 cm. The axis dimensions can be freely combined with each other. Configure the required industrial shelving systems individually with your desired bay lengths. Thanks to the modular design, the storage racks can also be extended at any time.
Securing the beams
To secure the beams, you need the following individual parts: the pre-assembled rack upright, the beam and the locking pin. Set up the pre-assembled upright and hang the crossbars on both sides at the desired height in the upright profile with a 50 mm grid. Finally, you only need to insert the locking pins into the hole provided in the crossbar. Make sure that the last crossbar is fitted at least 50 cm before the end of the upright.

Shelf supports - the right one for everyone
We offer various shelf supports in our range: Grating, wood and steel. Below we will inform you about the properties of the individual versions.
1. Grating support
The grating shelf support consists of modules of 110 cm each. You insert the steel shelf into the step crossbar to fix and stabilize the shelf. The maximum load capacity is 500 kg with an evenly distributed load. Storage shelves with mesh shelving are ideal for storing hazardous materials or liquids.
2. Wooden support
Our wooden shelf support is made of 25 mm thick chipboard. You insert the wooden shelf into the stepped crossbar to fix and stabilize it. The maximum load capacity is 500 kg with an evenly distributed load. Storage racks with wooden shelves are ideal for storing dry products such as cartons or storage boxes.
3. Steel support
The steel shelf support consists of modules of 110 cm each. You insert the steel shelf into the stepped traverse to fix and stabilize the shelf. With an evenly distributed load, the maximum load capacity is 500 kg. Because storage shelves with steel shelves are washable, they are ideal for storing liquids such as paints or oils.

1. Shelf dividers
Create order with our shelf dividers for storage shelving. This allows you to organize your shelves efficiently to quickly find and store or retrieve goods, semi-finished products and raw materials.
2. Spacer
Spacers are used for parallel positioning of rows of shelves and for fastening to the wall.
3. Collision protection
A collision guard is used to prevent possible damage to the rack upright. Corner areas in particular should be fitted with collision protection when forklift traffic is involved. Each collision guard is supplied with four bolt anchors for fixing to the floor.
4. Height compensation plates
Height compensation plates or shims are used to compensate for any unevenness in the floor when setting up the shelving. Fitted under the base plates, they contribute to the safe operation of the shelving system.
5. Cabinets & lockers
Everyday work in workshops and warehouses involves a wide range of activities. Numerous tools are used, which must always be within easy reach.
6. Hole & side panel
The practical perforated wall allows tools to be hung up and saves space when storing tools and materials. The side panel is ideal for storing tools, small parts and work equipment.
7. Open-fronted storage bins
The open-fronted storage box enables small parts to be stored clearly and allows easy order picking. The contents can be seen at a glance from the outside, even when the open-fronted storage bins are stacked on top of each other.
8. Round crossbar
Prevents goods and parcels from falling out of the storage rack. Goods can be easily secured with the round crossbar.
9. Magnetic tape for labeling
Magnetic tape roll for flexible labeling of shelf compartments. Sustainable organization thanks to wipe-clean surface.
10. Bicycle holder

Metal storage racks and flexible wide span racks
Our metal storage racks can be ordered from us as a complete offer or in individual parts, consisting of trusses, rack uprights, shelves and many more, and can be flexibly customized. Well-designed industrial shelving systems allow for quick and easy assembly of your new storage racks. The shelf load of the heavy-duty storage racks is 500 kilograms, the bay load is 2,000 kilograms - completely adapted to the requirements in the warehouse. The wide span racks are perfectly suitable for a wide variety of stored goods, especially for bulky and very heavy items. The different shelf supports made of wood, steel or grating offer corresponding advantages depending on the stored goods. For example, steel shelves or steel panels are perfect for storing liquids, as you can clean them thoroughly in case something gets spilled.
All the metal storage racks shown here can be expanded at any time by adding additional uprights in width or additional pairs of crossbars. By means of rewritable white magnetic tapes, it is quite easy to attach labels to the storage racks, which you can wipe off and renew at any time.
