Our innovative cantilever racking configurator shows you the versatility of cantilever and longspan racking. In principle, these shelving systems are true all-rounders in the industry. Thanks to their impressive load-bearing capacity, they are among the preferred heavy-duty shelving. The combination of horizontal cantilever arms and vertical uprights makes them particularly effective for storing bulky goods such as wooden panels or pipes. With the cantilever racking configurator from TOPREGAL, you can customize and purchase cantilever racking in two versions: with permanently welded cantilevers, as with the KR2500 model, or with cantilevers that are attached using a plug-in design and locking bolts, as with the KR3000 and KR6000 models. The double-sided suspension enables space-saving use, while the installation of a roll-off protection protects the stored goods from rolling off.
The single-sided or double-sided cantilever racking can be fixed to the floor using bolt anchors, either on the wall or free-standing. Thanks to the modular design, you can easily extend the shelving with additional arms or bays at a later date. Depending on the version, the arms are either permanently welded or can be individually attached in a 50 millimeter grid. The load capacity per arm of TOPREGAL cantilever shelving varies between 250 kilograms and one ton depending on the system, while the arm depth varies between 50 and 150 centimetres.
You can also configure the standard height of our shelving online, allowing you to design it flexibly. Depending on the variant selected, you can choose between two and six meters when purchasing our cantilever racking. The material is either powder-coated steel - uprights and framework in blue, cantilever arms in orange - or hot-dip galvanized for outdoor use.
