Shipping - Costs & Packing
Read all important information about our shipping process here. Depending on the store, country of delivery and item size, we ship either freight prepaid or with a one-time flat shipping fee per order. The delivery time stated in the store starts with handover to the shipping company; usually this happens within 24 hours, provided the items you want are in stock and available.
Some of our products can be shipped by parcel service due to their smaller dimensions and are therefore free of freight charges. We work together with transport companies such as GLS and UPS. This may result in slightly different delivery times. If we ship by parcel service, you will usually receive a link to track the shipment.
Here is an overview of the countries that are delivered across assortments and thus completely free of shipping costs (with the exception of islands, hill stations and any additional import costs for non-EU countries):

If your shipping address is on an island, an island surcharge will apply. The exact price depends on the transport connection. We will provide you with a non-binding quote after your online order with the actual shipping costs that apply to you. Within Germany we charge a flat island surcharge of 99,- € per delivery.

Shipping to other European countries
We ship goods to foreign countries on a daily basis. Deliveries within Europe are basically possible to all countries. For this we charge a one-time Europe-wide shipping fee of 199,- € per shopping cart. If you provide us with your valid sales tax identification number that matches your company in the designated field during checkout, we will deliver your order free of sales tax.
The average delivery time after handover to the shipping company varies throughout Europe and is displayed in the store depending on the selected country. To see directly the times applicable to your delivery country, it is advisable to log in to the store and start your purchase. The shipment of goods / handover to the shipping company usually takes place within 24 hours. We will send you a confirmation by e-mail.
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made by forwarding agent (usually 40t with side unloading without additional lifting equipment). If you wish delivery on another vehicle, you are welcome to contact us. More about this in the section "Shipping - the process".
Shipping to Austria
For shipping to Austria there is a one-time shipping fee of 99,-€ per shopping cart.
The delivery time after handover to the shipping company is about 2-4 business days. If you provide us with a sales tax identification number, we will deliver your order to Austria free of sales tax.
Shipping outside the EU
For deliveries to Switzerland or other non-EU countries, the countries will charge import duties and possibly additional import costs, which are fully borne by the buyer. These fees are usually charged by a logistics service provider.
Shipping to Switzerland
Please note that we operate our own webshop for customers in Switzerland under www.topregal.ch. There you will find our entire product range as well as special offers tailored to your needs. Orders from Switzerland can be placed conveniently and easily through this webshop.
The delivery time to Switzerland is usually between 3 and 5 working days after handover to the forwarding agent. As a third country, TOPREGAL delivers to Switzerland free of sales tax. We will take care of the entire customs clearance for you, including the preparation of customs documents.
Please note that the import tax with possible additional fees (e.g. customs duties on articles, eVV fee, E-DEC fee) will be invoiced separately by a logistics service provider. If you have a ZAZ account, please feel free to let us know.
We ask for your understanding that in some cases, due to delays at customs, goods cannot be delivered within the specified delivery time.
Shipment by house forwarding agency
The main part of the products will be shipped by forwarding agency due to the overlong dimensions and heavy weight. The shipment within Germany is handled by our house forwarding agency. You are also welcome to commission your own transport service provider or to collect the goods yourself from one of our warehouses in Filderstadt, Wesel or Pasewalk - here you save 5% on the net value of the goods with our self-collection discount. You can find more information about this under Self-Collection.
The handover of our heavy-duty shelves to the shipping company usually takes place 24 hours after receipt of order or payment.
You will be informed about the shipment by e-mail and, if desired (specified in the order process), contacted by the freight forwarder by phone before delivery to coordinate the exact delivery time. For this purpose, please provide us with a continuously active phone number (preferably a mobile phone number). As a rule, we deliver the goods between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.; during this time, we assume that the acceptance points in the commercial environment are continuously manned. Repeated deliveries will be charged by the forwarding company.
Upon request, we will be happy to arrange a fixed delivery date with the freight forwarder. For this we charge a small service fee - during the purchase process you can simply select this option in the shopping cart under Shipping & Payment.
Please note that for the delivery of heavy-duty shelves and items with special size by semitrailer unloading by forklift or other lifting equipment is necessary, which is not provided by the shipping company. If you prefer an alternative method of unloading, please let us know when placing your order. We will try to find a more suitable unloading method for you. For article lengths up to max. 2,70m we offer on request the alternative of unloading by tail lift (service fee on the example for domestic deliveries 49,- €).
If you need an express delivery of the items in stock within 24 hours, we offer this for an additional charge throughout Germany.

Shipping - The process
After placing your order, you choose one of the offered payment methods. If you are unable to provide lifting equipment needed for the shipping goods, we will be happy to organize this for you at an additional cost. Depending on the packing size of the shipment and the conditions on site, unloading can be done by tail lift (49,- €), truck-mounted forklift (399,- €) or low loader (649,- €) (Prices are examples for standard deliveries without mountain station or island surcharge. Prices for deliveries in other currencies vary. Our sales team will be happy to inform you on request). After that the goods will be handed over to the forwarding agency. Within Germany, the shipping company usually needs a maximum of 3 working days for delivery.
