Our payment methods in detail
We will send you the invoice by e-mail as preliminary information. However, the payment period does not begin until after delivery. The goods will be handed over to the forwarding agent immediately after receipt of order.
Current information on the Corona location: We ask for your understanding that we can currently only offer this payment method to a limited extent (e.g. for public authorities, public institutions). We hope to be able to offer it again to all our customers very soon.
Prepayment (minus 4 % discount)
We will send you a pro-forma invoice by e-mail. After receipt of payment, the goods will be handed over to the forwarding agent/dispatch company immediately. Alternatively, you can send us a remittance slip to speed up the process. After delivery of the goods you will receive a final PDF invoice for your records.
Current information on the Corona situation: In return for discontinuing the option of payment on account for some of our customers, we have increased the discount deduction for all customers by a further 2 % to the current 4 %.
(Cash) payment on collection / delivery
We will send you the invoice by e-mail. The goods are immediately handed over to the forwarding agent/forwarding agent or packed for collection.
Payment by cash on delivery - the money is handed over by you in cash to the delivering carrier. We offer this payment method only in Germany and the maximum amount varies depending on the shipping company. We will contact you in time after receipt of your order, if your order should fall under it.
Payment on collection - the amount is handed over to our employee on site. Additionally you have the possibility to pay at our premises with EC- and credit card.
With the payment condition PayPal the payment is processed during the order process. For this you need a PayPal account where you log in during the order process and pay the amount directly or, if PayPal offers payment by installments, select payment options. We will send you the invoice by e-mail after receipt of your order for your records. Afterwards the goods will be handed over to the forwarding agent/the shipping company immediately.
In the case of credit card payment, the payment is processed during the order process. Immediately after the order is placed, the credit card (Visa or Mastercard) indicated will be charged with the invoice amount. We will send you the invoice by e-mail after receipt of the order for your records. Afterwards the goods will be handed over to the forwarding agent/dispatch company immediately. The transmission of your credit card data is carried out by TLS (Transport Layer Securiy), the successor of SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and is therefore secure. In case of a return, a credit will be made to the credit card account.
With the payment condition Klarna Sofort (formerly Sofortüberweisung) the payment is processed during the order process. We will send you the invoice by e-mail after receipt of your order for your records. Afterwards the goods will be handed over to the forwarding agent/dispatch company immediately. This payment method is now available in many European countries (e.g. Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Switzerland, Spain and UK).
With this Dutch payment method, the payment is also processed in the same way as with instant bank transfer with direct transfer from the bank account. Here too, the payment is processed directly during the order process. We will send you your invoice by e-mail after receipt of your order for your records. Afterwards, the goods will be handed over to the forwarding agent/dispatch company immediately.
For German domestic orders with a gross value of 1.000,- € or more we offer the option to make a leasing inquiry to our partner Albis. Here your data will be forwarded to our partner during the order process, who will then check the credit request and make you a non-binding leasing offer. You can then check at your leisure whether you accept the offer. After the leasing contract has been concluded, we receive information from our partner and we hand over the goods for dispatch. You don't have to worry about anything anymore and you will receive an e-mail as soon as the goods are picked.
