There is a suitable machine for every cleaning requirement. For dirt on outdoor surfaces, we recommend our large AKM80-1 ride-on sweeper. With an area performance of up to 8,400 m²/h, this highly efficient ride-on sweeper is designed for large-scale floor cleaning both indoors and outdoors.

Our indoor floor-cleaning machines SWM20E, SWM30, SWM50E and SWA70-1 are manoeuvrable and flexible in use, with models covering requirements from small to large. The compact SWM20E and SWM30 scrubber-dryers remain highly manoeuvrable in narrow aisles, between racks and across retail areas. The battery-powered SWM20E is particularly convenient because there is no power cable to pull behind the machine. Its low operating noise also allows cleaning to take place in sensitive environments or while customers are present, helping maintain a clean workplace in every situation.

The cordless SWM50E industrial cleaning machine delivers an area performance of 2,200 m²/h and a battery operating time of 3.5 hours.

Do you prefer seated operation and need to clean particularly large indoor areas? Then use the capabilities of our large SWA70-1 ride-on scrubber-dryer. This convenient combination machine cleans level floor surfaces without leaving residue while the operator remains seated, saving time and effort after a long day in the warehouse or on an installation job.

Professional cleaning machines are efficient and easy to operate

When assessing the efficiency of cleaning machines for commercial floor cleaning, many people consider only key factors such as high area performance, cleaning-brush speed and the capacity of the dirty-water tank. These characteristics certainly influence the efficiency of professional surface cleaning and are reflected in our machines.

In addition to brush diameter and motor output, an efficient operating process is also important. Our sweepers are therefore particularly easy to fill and empty. The fresh-water tank can be filled conveniently through a cap on the top of the floor-cleaning machine. On the SWM30, for example, a practical waste-water hose drains the large dirty-water tank within seconds. Our NTS80 wet/dry vacuum cleaner is even easier to empty because the upper section of the commercial vacuum can be removed quickly. The practical tipping chassis then allows the dust tank to be emptied over a skip or directly into a sack. This reduces the time spent on secondary tasks and increases effective cleaning time.

Wet/dry vacuum cleaners and more for powerful cleaning

With an output of 3000 watts, our NTS80 commercial wet/dry vacuum cleaner is exceptionally powerful. It removes dust, construction debris, small screws and nuts, water and other liquids from a wide variety of surfaces with ease. A robust stainless-steel container collects everything centrally, using the canister principle on which wet/dry vacuum cleaners operate. Conventional canister vacuums generally have a capacity of 20–30 L. The NTS80 provides an 80 L container, making it a heavyweight among industrial vacuum cleaners. This greatly extends the interval before emptying and supports rapid, efficient cleaning. Its ergonomically shaped stainless-steel suction tube makes it easy to remove heavy dirt from floors and difficult-to-reach areas.

A ride-on sweeper or scrubber-dryer is not expected to perform the same tasks as the NTS80. Nevertheless, our other durable cleaning machines also sweep, scrub and vacuum dirt from many different surfaces, including heavier soiling. Scrubber-dryers and ride-on sweepers are used primarily on smooth, level floors. Every floor cleaner is also designed to collect dirty water in its tank, enabling wet floor cleaning inside industrial buildings. wipeket ride-on sweepers and scrubber-dryers use a disc system: a cleaning brush rotates rapidly at the front, loosening dust and compacted dirt from the floor. To prevent these particles from becoming airborne, a nozzle beneath the machine wets the floor surface. This is the fundamental difference between a conventional sweeper and a scrubber-dryer. A suction pipe attached to the rear suction blade draws the dirty water into the waste-water tank. Cleaning power and area performance are determined largely by the cleaning brush's size and rotational speed, although a larger brush naturally reduces manoeuvrability and therefore suitability for narrow aisles.
