The industrial carpet cleaning machine ITR38 is designed for the regular cleaning of carpeted floors in commercial and public indoor areas. It can be used in office buildings, hotels, conference and event rooms, foyers and trade-fair areas with carpeting, among other locations. During operation, spraying, brushing and vacuuming work together seamlessly, so loosened dirt is immediately picked up again. With its compact dimensions of 1.040 mm × 450 mm × 877 mm and a net weight of 46,2 kg, the ITR38 is designed for regular use in professional carpet cleaning.

Deep cleaning with a rotating brush and direct vacuuming

The rotating roller brush combines a working width of 400 mm with a high speed of 1400 rpm for powerful cleaning results. It penetrates deep into the carpet fibers and loosens deeply embedded dirt. The dirty water is vacuumed up through the 460 mm-wide suction bar. Two vacuum motors with a combined output of 2.000 W (1000 W each) ensure that the carpet remains damp only briefly after cleaning. Water is supplied by an integrated pump with a working pressure of 8,3 bar (120 PSI).

Section-by-section cleaning on larger areas

A tank with a capacity of 21 l is available for fresh water, while the dirty water is collected in a tank with a volume of 38 l. Larger areas are cleaned section by section, so refilling and emptying the tanks must be planned accordingly. For operation, the use of a low-foam cleaning agent is recommended. Alternatively, a small amount of fresh water (approx. 1–2 l) with some defoamer can be added to the wastewater tank to reduce foaming. The ITR38 operates at 230 V / 50 Hz with a total output of 2.300 W. The  18 m-long power cable makes it easier to work without frequently changing sockets.

Note

When using the hand nozzle, cleaning is carried out by suction and water application. The brush function remains switched off.
