Our payment methods in detail
Prepayment via ProForma invoice (2 % discount)
We will send you a ProForma invoice by e-mail. After receipt of payment, the goods will be handed over to the forwarding agent/dispatch company immediately. Alternatively, you can send us a remittance slip to speed up the process. After delivery of the goods, you will receive a final PDF invoice for your records.
(Cash) payment on pickup
We will send you the invoice by e-mail. The goods are immediately prepared for self pickup and are usually ready within 48 hours on our working days. You pay the amount to our employee on site. You can pay in cash, EC- or credit card.
PayPal
With the payment condition PayPal the payment is processed during the order process. For this, you need a PayPal account where you log in during the order process and pay the amount directly or, if PayPal offers payment by instalments, select payment options. We will send you the invoice by e-mail after receipt of your order for your records. Afterwards, the goods will be handed over to the forwarding agent/the shipping company immediately.
Credit card
In the case of credit card payment, the payment is processed during the order process. Immediately after the order is placed, the credit card (Visa or Mastercard) indicated will be charged with the invoice amount. We will send you the invoice by e-mail after receipt of the order for your records. Afterwards the goods will be handed over to the forwarding agent/dispatch company immediately. The transmission of your credit card data is carried out by TLS (Transport Layer Security), the successor of SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and is therefore secure. In case of a return, a credit will be made to the credit card account.
Invoice
We will send you the invoice as advance information by e-mail. However, the payment term only begins after delivery. The goods will be handed over to the shipping company immediately after receipt of the order.
Current notification: We ask for your understanding that we can currently only offer this payment method to a limited extent (e.g. for authorities, public institutions). We hope to be able to make this payment method available to all our customers again very soon.
Leasing

For orders over a gross value of 1.000,-€ we offer the option of sending a non-binding leasing request to our partner ALBIS. As part of the ordering process, your data will be forwarded to our partner, who will then review your leasing request and provide you with a suitable offer. You take your time to check whether you want to accept the offer, and the monthly installment payment starts on the agreed date. Immediately after the leasing contract has been concluded, we receive approval from our partner, and we immediately hand over your desired goods for shipping. You don't have to worry about anything, and you will receive an email as soon as the goods are picked by us.
