Operate LED strip systems yourself: Cheaper and easier than expected
Many small and medium-sized clubs ask themselves whether it is possible to operate an LED perimeter board system themselves. After all, both the production of fixed perimeter boards and the costs of regularly renting perimeter LED boards, including installation and dismantling, are a high cost factor. The TecMaschin LED perimeter boarding is designed so that it does not have to be set up and dismantled after a match day and can be operated easily. Thanks to the existing IP65 protection class, which regulates extreme weather conditions in outdoor use, as well as the ability to withstand high temperature fluctuations from -10 to 60 °C, the LED boarding system is perfectly suited for permanent equipment in sports venues. Thanks to the robust die-cast aluminum housing and a rubber module mask, the LEDs are also perfectly protected against strong impacts, which extends the service life to up to 100,000 hours of operation. A soft-top cover minimizes the risk of injury in the event of sporting collisions and protects the perimeter LED system from damage caused by impacts. With an outstanding luminosity of up to 9,000 cd/m² and a pixel pitch of 10 mm, they guarantee clear, high-quality advertising messages - even in direct sunlight. The recommended viewing distance is between 10 m and 150 m, so that the boards offer optimum visibility both up close and from a greater distance. The cabinet size (pixel area of the panel) is 1,600 mm x 132 mm x 1,032 mm and consists of 15,360 pixels (with a resolution of 160 x 96 px). It has a maximum power consumption of 1,440 W.

Installation is simple and can be carried out in a short time without the need for professional technicians or special equipment. Each panel weighs 46 kg and is equipped with handy carrying handles on both sides so that two people can easily carry it to the final installation site. For long-distance deliveries, we recommend transportation by forklift truck in the practical wooden packaging used for safe delivery, which is only opened at the installation site.
