Commissioning of two new halls in Pasewalk

Since TOPREGAL moved to the Berlin-Stettin Industrial Park in Pasewalk in 2021, the medium-sized company's production and warehouse site has continued to grow steadily. There are already four halls covering a total of 82,000 square meters - two more have now been completed ahead of schedule. "We expected the two new halls, each with 5,000 square meters, to be ready for operation in the second half of 2025. We are delighted that they have now been completed earlier. This means we can meet the high demand for our SoloPort brand products all the faster and take on new employees," reports Jürgen Effner, Managing Director of TOPREGAL GmbH. In future, solar carports and solar canopies will be manufactured in the new halls. This will also create at least 20 additional jobs. The halls are also equipped with modern photovoltaic systems, each with an output of 550 kWp. "The photovoltaic system on Hall 1 has already been installed and is used for our own consumption; the energy generated flows directly into production. The systems on the other five halls will be connected gradually and will then supply around 2,800 kWp. We will feed the energy generated into the public power grid to supply the region," says Effner.
