Rotary floor machine for professional floor cleaning

The square floor orbital machine EM45-30 is designed for the mechanical cleaning and care of hard, water-resistant floor coverings in commercial environments. It is particularly suitable for locations where consistent cleaning performance, controlled water supply and flexible adjustment to different floor types are required.

With its rectangular working area of 450 mm x 300 mm, the machine can be used precisely where edges, border areas or transitions need to be cleaned. This makes it particularly interesting for commercial areas with demanding layouts or structured surfaces.

Orbital technology for even power transmission

With an oscillation frequency of up to 2.800 OPM, the EM45-30 works with fast, short oscillating movements. This distributes the cleaning energy evenly across the floor surface.

This operating method supports consistent treatment of the surface and is particularly advantageous when floors need to be thoroughly cleaned or maintained. Especially on structured surfaces, the even transmission of power can help achieve the best possible cleaning result.

Powerful technology for professional use

With a power consumption of 1.200 W, the scrubber dryer EM45-30 works powerfully and evenly – even with heavier soiling. The net weight of 60 kg supports smooth operation and increases the contact pressure without making the machine cumbersome.

Thanks to its compact overall dimensions of 550 mm x 450 mm x 1.220 mm, the machine remains easy to use even in confined areas. The 15 m-long power cable significantly extends the working radius and reduces the need for frequent reconnection.

Controlled cleaning with an integrated fresh-water tank 

The integrated fresh-water tank with a capacity of 13 l ensures even wetting of the floor surface during operation. The adjustable water-volume regulator allows the liquid supply to be set as required – according to the floor type and degree of soiling. 

Depending on the application, clear water or a suitable cleaning agent can be used. This facilitates application-oriented cleaning and supports targeted adjustment to different operating conditions. 

Flexible adjustment with pads and additional weights

The square floor orbital machine is designed for different pad types and can therefore be easily adapted to various floor coverings and cleaning tasks. Cleaning pads are available separately and can be selected to suit the application.

Typical applications depending on the floor type:

• white pads for sensitive or coated floors 
• red pads for general cleaning work
• black pads for robust surfaces

Additional weights can optionally be fitted to increase the contact pressure. This allows the EM45-30 to be adapted precisely to the floor type and application. This is particularly advantageous when different cleaning intensities are required within one facility. 

Suitable for various floor types in commercial environments

Depending on the floor type and pad used, the machine is suitable for sealed wooden floors, tiles, stone or concrete surfaces, provided that they are suitable for wet cleaning. It can therefore be used for many typical commercial cleaning tasks where hard, water-resistant surfaces need to be maintained or cleaned.

Safety and operating comfort in everyday work

The two-hand safety control ensures that the device starts only when the start button and safety lever are actuated at the same time. When the lever is released, the drive switches off automatically. This safety solution supports controlled operation in everyday work and helps ensure that the EM45-30 is started only during deliberately initiated work situations.
