Volunteer and help

At the beginning of July, extreme flooding in North Rhine-Westphalia and Rhineland-Palatinate claimed numerous lives and swept away entire houses within a few hours. Especially in the Ahr valley, many livelihoods were destroyed, leaving the district in need of help. One of our employees has already been active in the THW for four years. When the call for action came shortly afterwards, it was clear to us as an employer that we, like many other employers in Germany, would release our employee to help plan and coordinate the operation on site.

We donate the compensation payment from the federal government to employers, which is customary for deployments, back to the region and thus directly to those affected. The donation sum of 1.000 € goes to the for the region of the administrative district Ahrweiler furnished Donation account. We were also happy to respond to the DIHK's call for support with donations in kind and offered to donate five of our high-pressure cleaners to the region. Furthermore, we have supported a winegrower in the region affected by the storm with the purchase of several Rescuer packages of the so-called "flood wines wines. Surely these special wines will bring much joy to our employees and business partners.
