For more flexibility in the warehouse

Mobile racking systems for workshops, warehouses and production halls are a space-saving and flexible solution for storing goods and materials. "Mobile racking maximizes storage space and makes it easier to access the required goods," reports Jürgen Effner, Managing Director of TOPREGAL GmbH. "They can be configured as required, do not statically block work routes, and transport goods and materials to the places where they are needed." This saves companies and businesses valuable time in their day-to-day goods management or workshop operations.

Meeting every requirement

Craft businesses, wholesalers and retailers, mail order companies and the manufacturing industry have different requirements for their storage equipment and therefore need a coordinated adaptation of the storage system. Individual racking units such as the LR2000 with versions 40-120 cm deep, 120 or 230 cm wide and 139-254 cm high create storage options to suit every room size and every goods system. Mobile storage racking such as the LR2000 with a choice of wooden, steel, galvanised mesh or plywood rack layers ensures the safe storage of goods of all types, such as dry products, liquids and hazardous substances. The traverses can be hooked into the upright profile at the desired height in 5 cm increments, secured and moved as required. Thanks to a bay load of 500 kg, the racks can withstand even large quantities of goods. "Sturdy plastic swivel castors make the racks mobile on storage or workshop areas so that they can be positioned in front of and behind each other," explains Effner. "They make it possible to make optimum use of the available storage space."

Versatile and modular

Storage space requirements change from time to time. The mobile racking systems are therefore freely configurable and adaptable. With a hard-wearing plywood layer, a low storage rack can be transformed into a work or packing area. If the beams are offset and round beams are added, a practical kanban racking system such as the SR1500 is created. It is particularly suitable for order picking activities, as stored items can be seen at a glance and removed quickly. With depths of between 40, 50 or 60 cm, the RR2000 tire rack is a suitable storage option for car tires, rims and complete wheels between 13 and 21 inches. Once the castors have been removed, the mobile racks from TOPREGAL can be transformed into fixed storage racks. "We offer a selection of pre-assembled variants as complete racking units," explains Effner. "However, individual configurations are also possible to meet every requirement." In addition to the various editions and sizes, the storage racks can be supplemented with additional accessories.

Multifunctional racking

Nothing is more annoying than disorganized small parts or goods that fall behind the racks and only reappear during stocktaking. Integrated rear panels not only provide push-through protection for goods, but also offer an additional mounting option for tool holders. They keep small parts, tools and protective equipment such as safety helmets or gloves within easy reach. "In addition, all storage racks can be optimally combined with the WST or WS4 tool cabinets," says Effner. "They can be placed on the traverse levels without further assembly and fix themselves in place." To organize many small parts such as screws or nuts, mobile open-fronted storage racking units such as the SLK52 or the SLK112 enable clear storage. All racking units are easy to assemble and extend, and the accessories are simple to fit.
