Football World Champion Guido Buchwald Becomes Brand Ambassador of TOPREGAL

TOPREGAL Brand Ambassador Guido Buchwald

The Swabian company for warehouse and industrial equipment TOPREGAL will in future rely on former football player and coach Guido Buchwald as brand ambassador and testimonial. Born and raised in Wannweil, Swabia, Buchwald became World Champion in 1990 and played eleven years for VfB Stuttgart, with whom he became German Champion in 1984 and 1992. After ending his playing career, he worked as sporting director at Karlsruher SC and Stuttgarter Kickers before becoming coach and sporting advisor at Urawa Red Diamonds in 2004 – for whom he had played 127 matches himself. In 2006 he was named Coach of the Year after leading the team to the Japanese championship and cup victory. In 2024, he was inducted into the Hall of Fame of German football.

To this day, Guido Buchwald remains closely connected as an entrepreneur to the Stuttgart metropolitan region. “My ambition and passion enabled me to achieve a great career.
