Whether it’s shelving systems, storage platforms, warehouse offices, or office furniture—we offer installation services for all of these. Our installation team also professionally installs LED displays and video walls.

What does the installation service include?

The installation service includes the professional assembly of the purchased products as well as the final inspection, which is documented in an inspection report. For shelving installations, the inspection is included for the first year following installation. The next shelving inspection is not required until 12 months later.

Does TOPREGAL also offer planning support for warehouse design?

Yes, upon request, we’ll work with you to plan your project—from shelving systems and mezzanine platforms to on-site offices. We’ll take your specific usage requirements and current safety standards into account to develop a solution tailored to your project.

Do you also offer dismantling services for existing systems?

Yes, in addition to installation, we can also properly dismantle existing systems.

How does the shelf installation process work?

Installation typically begins with preliminary planning and coordination. Once the shelving systems have been delivered, trained installers assemble them on site. Upon successful completion of the installation work, the customer receives a corresponding acceptance report.

How long does installation take?

The time required for installation depends on the size, complexity, and on-site conditions. Smaller shelving systems can often be installed within a day, while larger projects take correspondingly longer.

How soon can a Monday appointment be scheduled?

As a rule, installation appointments can be arranged even on short notice. Exact availability depends on our current workload and the scope of the project in question.

Who will perform the installation?

TOPREGAL has been working with an external installation partner for many years; thanks to their extensive experience, they are familiar with our products. This partner carries out the installation work on our behalf using trained specialists.

What safety standards are followed when assembling the shelves?

Shelving installations are carried out in accordance with applicable safety regulations, specifically the German DGUV Rule 208-061 and DIN EN 15635.

Who is responsible for inspecting the shelving system?

The first-year racking inspection is already included in the installation. Therefore, an inspection is not required until 12 months have elapsed. The racking inspection is performed by qualified racking inspectors who ensure that the system complies with legal requirements.

Does TOPREGAL also inspect shelving units from other manufacturers?

Yes, our certified shelving inspectors also perform the legally required shelving inspections on shelves and shelving systems that were not purchased from us.

Can the installation be carried out even under challenging structural conditions?

Yes, installation can be carried out even under challenging conditions, such as uneven floors, underfloor heating, and traffic lanes or walkways in the warehouse area. Our experts are available to advise you from the very beginning and ensure a safe, well-planned implementation.

Can I assemble the products myself?

Yes, you can assemble our products on your own using our detailed assembly and operating instructions. If you have any questions during assembly, our customer service team is always available to assist you.
