Is a customer account required for the order?

An order is also possible via guest account.

Online ordering at TOPREGAL is easy and secure, even without a customer account. Of course, you are welcome to create a customer account.

Your advantages of registration: independent administration of your billing and delivery address, overview of your order history, and much more.

What can I find under "my account"?

In the "My Account" section you can expect the management of your billing and shipping address including the option to change or add new information, an overview of your order history, the wish list function and the option to change your password.

How can I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password, please go to "My account" and select the "Forgot password" option. Then enter your email address and you will receive an email with a link to create a new password.

If you do not receive an email within 10 minutes, please check the SPAM folder in your email program. If despite entering the correct email address and having registered already you still have problems with logging in and have not received a "forgotten password" email, please contact us by email at info@topregal.com

How can I change my password?

In the "My account" section you will find the option to update your password. First enter your current password and the new one to confirm the change.

How can I subscribe to the newsletter?

If you would like to subscribe to our newsletter, please go to the bottom of our website. Under "Newsletter registration" you can enter your e-mail address. On the next page after adding your first and last name you can send your registration. After a few minutes you will receive an email from us with a confirmation link.

What is and how does the wish list function work?

The wish list offers you a convenient way to save selected products that you would like to purchase at a later time. If you use it without logging in, the saved items are only retained during your current browser session. If you log in, your wish list will be permanently stored in your account. Adding or removing items is simply done by clicking on the heart icon next to each product. To share your selected products with others, you will find a dedicated share button on the wishlist page.

How long will items stay in my shopping cart?

The length of time items remain in your shopping cart depends on whether you are logged in to the store or not. If you use the store without logging in, the items remain in your shopping cart only during the current browser session. If you are logged in, on the other hand, your items will be stored in your account for a period of 30 days.

Can I share my shopping cart?

Yes, the shopping cart can be shared by going to your shopping cart and clicking on the "Share cart" button. You will receive a link to copy, which you can then share.

Where can I find assembly and operating instructions for my products?

The operating instructions are available on each product page under the technical data. Alternatively, you can search for assembly and operating instructions via our search or on this page.

What configurators are there and how do they work?

Four configurators are available on our website:

Each of these configurators allows you to customize your product according to your needs. All of them offer the possibility to change different elements via "drag & drop" or click options. The configurators offer different views, including a 3D view of your configuration.

The created configurations can be shared via the link-share function as well as printed as a PDF file.

TOPREGAL operates specific online stores for different countries.

If you are in one of these countries, you have access to our country-specific online store. Here you will find information about deliveries, products and customized offers that meet your needs. You have the possibility to place orders or contact our customer service there.
