The practical PK1000/2 gantry crane
The PK1000/2 mobile gantry crane from SolidHub makes it easy to lift long, heavy goods weighing up to 1.000 kg. With a simple press of a button, the integrated electric chain hoist picks up goods in seconds using a load hook and moves them both horizontally and vertically. The lifting speed is 113 mm/s. The four swivel castors allow you to transport the gantry crane to wherever it is needed. The 4 parking brakes provide the necessary stability while in use. The PK1000/2 is therefore the ideal helper for repair work in the workshop or for assembly or warehouse technology. The hard-wearing steel trestle crane is 1.500 mm x 4.000 mm x 3.000 mm and has a maximum lifting height of 2.190 mm.
Easy to transport, easy to assemble
Thanks to the 4 swivel castors on the two A-shaped supports, the gantry crane can be transported very quickly and easily inside warehouses or in courtyards, with or without a raised load. For additional safety during lifting, the swivel castors can be secured using the parking brake fitted to each one. This stops it from moving accidentally while lifting and lowering.
As well as being easy to transport, it is also easy to assemble in advance. The light weight of the components means that the mobile gantry crane can be quickly assembled and used. All the elements required for assembly are included in the purchase price.

At this time, SolidHub does not offer equipment with initial lift - a feature that raises the truck's wheel arms to provide additional ground clearance during load pickup and transport. However, we do have models in our line that have free lift. This feature allows the forks or load to be lifted without changing the overall height of the lift mast. An example of this is our HEF16/5 product.
To safely unload your new SolidHub stacker from the pallet, drive it off the pallet with the forks first. This will prevent damage to property or personal injury.
Our tip: Place the pallet in front of a kerb, as its height often corresponds to the height of a pallet. This allows you to drive your lifting device off the pallet almost at ground level.
