This practical product, with its 30 m long carbon steel cable, reliably lifts a maximum weight of between 500 kg and 1.000 kg and a pull-in speed of 200 mm/s. The cable winch has a maximum lifting force of 500 kg when lifting a load directly. For weights of up to 1.000 kg, the supplied guide pulley with lifting hook must be securely installed in the cable system, where it is advisable to attach the compact lifting device (380 mm x 335 mm x 270 mm) to a statically tested support. The particularly low weight of 40 kg and the 8 pre-drilled screw holes (13 x 30 mm) allow convenient mounting on the ceiling or other scaffolding that fulfils the static requirements. Once the robust aluminium housing has been installed, it can be used for an impressively long time.
When dynamically pulling in and lowering the 6 mm thick steel cable, both the 2.200 W powerful electric motor, with an incredible speed of 2.800 rpm, and the integrated magnetic powder brake ensure safety at work. The power supply is ensured by the 45 cm long power cable and a standard 230 V socket.

The electric cable winch SW1000 is intended for indoor use. With protection class IP40, the powerful lifting device is not protected against splash water and is therefore not weatherproof.

At this time, SolidHub does not offer equipment with initial lift - a feature that raises the truck's wheel arms to provide additional ground clearance during load pickup and transport. However, we do have models in our line that have free lift. This feature allows the forks or load to be lifted without changing the overall height of the lift mast. An example of this is our HEF16/5 product.
To safely unload your new SolidHub stacker from the pallet, drive it off the pallet with the forks first. This will prevent damage to property or personal injury.
Our tip: Place the pallet in front of a kerb, as its height often corresponds to the height of a pallet. This allows you to drive your lifting device off the pallet almost at ground level.
