Rack components for every requirement

Existing racks can be extended with individual components and accessories or adapted for a different function. All storage racks, workbenches and packing tables based on our pallet-racking system can be modified and customised flexibly. Our rack components range from conventional items such as uprights, decking and beams to practical accessories designed to change the way a heavy-duty rack is used. Magnetic strips can be attached to label shelf compartments, for example, while special drum supports allow drums to be stored safely on their sides. Entire drawer units can also be added to an existing rack. TOPREGAL's modular system therefore gives you a dependable way to configure heavy-duty racks and accessories.

Expand the functions of racks with accessories

Our pallet racks provide safe, straightforward storage for heavy loads. The uprights, beams and decking all determine how much weight can be stored, so our rack components and accessories are divided into the PR4500, PR9000 and PR15000 ranges. Load capacity is influenced primarily by material thickness, which means PR15000 components are substantially heavier-duty than the smaller versions. The intended application is particularly important when choosing rack decking. Simple wooden decking is sufficient for dry, lightweight goods. For heavier loads, we recommend steel, wire-mesh or grating decking to accommodate higher point loads. Wire-mesh and grating decking also offer a valuable advantage: when visibility in a warehouse is limited, goods stored on high racks can still be identified from below.

Galvanised components excel in heavy-duty racks and accessories

Whether in DIY stores, garden centres, goods-handling areas or the outdoor areas of warehouses, anyone with experience of outdoor storage knows the importance of hot-dip galvanised racks. TOPREGAL therefore offers a wide selection of hot-dip galvanised heavy-duty racks and accessories. Whether you use wide-span racks or shelving units , you will find accessories for your heavy-duty rack that are suitable for indoor or outdoor use and can be used with or without decking. Galvanised cantilever racks are ideal for convenient outdoor storage of long goods, for example.

Accessories for workbenches

Our rack systems are designed for storing complete pallets, long goods and mesh pallet boxes. Our workbenches and their extensive range of accessories add a further dimension to this offering by providing practical workstations for convenient assembly tasks. Perforated rear and side panels also turn the stations into storage areas for tools and safety equipment that must remain within easy reach. The workbench accessories include the same decking and beams used in our racks, making it easy to integrate a workbench into a rack at a later date. This is particularly useful where production space is limited. Integrable tool cabinets can be fitted to workbenches and racks alike to store small parts, modules or tools securely. TOPREGAL tool cabinets can also be locked. Mobile workbenches are another option: our workbench uprights are height-adjustable and can be fitted with castors if required. These mobile worktables support flexible workshop operations when workstations change regularly.

Ingenious vertical storage

Practical vertical racks from TOPREGAL add a new dimension to logistics. Conventional storage racks hold goods horizontally, whereas vertical racks make better use of a warehouse's available height. All that is required is a heavy-duty rack and the correct accessories. Store long goods upright and use the full height of the building. Every rack can be extended flexibly with compatible vertical-rack components, allowing you to respond dynamically to increased storage requirements. Practical arm dividers separate different goods and keep them organised. Vertical-rack uprights are available in heights from 300 to 400 centimetres, while matching rubber strips provide a secure grip and prevent the goods from slipping sideways.
