The frame for the gantry crane
With the mobile gantry crane from SolidHub you can lift long and heavy goods weighing up to 1.000 kg without any problems. With this frame for gantry cranes, SolidHub offers you the possibility to flexibly assemble your gantry crane and attach a trolley, as well as suspended scales or other suspended lifting equipment. The four swivel castors enable you to transport the gantry crane to the desired location. The 4 parking brakes, in combination with the A-shaped supports, ensure the necessary stability at the place of use. This frame is therefore the ideal helper for repair work in the workshop, for assembly and in warehouse technology. The dimensions of 4.000 mm x 1.500 mm x 3.000 mm of the practical trestle crane made of durable steel allow you to attach various suspended lifting devices.
Thanks to the low height of just 3.000 mm, the 317 kg heavy frame can be quickly assembled and used.

At this time, SolidHub does not offer equipment with initial lift - a feature that raises the truck's wheel arms to provide additional ground clearance during load pickup and transport. However, we do have models in our line that have free lift. This feature allows the forks or load to be lifted without changing the overall height of the lift mast. An example of this is our HEF16/5 product.
To safely unload your new SolidHub stacker from the pallet, drive it off the pallet with the forks first. This will prevent damage to property or personal injury.
Our tip: Place the pallet in front of a kerb, as its height often corresponds to the height of a pallet. This allows you to drive your lifting device off the pallet almost at ground level.
The SolidHub HE1200/3 and HE1200/4 electric pallet trucks can transport loads of up to 1,200 kg.
