Thanks to its removable battery, the tool can be used cordlessly. While you continue working undisturbed, the spare battery is carefully recharged. The ergonomic arrangement of the controls and the weight of the 3,2 kg allow for effortless use with just one hand. The strapping process is initiated by briefly pressing the tension button; the strap is automatically tensioned, welded and cut. As the device produces a strong weld seam, no additional sealing sleeves are required. The device is extremely sturdy in design, making it a sustainable and worthwhile investment.
The scope of delivery includes an additional Li-Ion battery, which serves as a reliable companion for increased work performance and effectively prevents annoying waiting times while the device is being charged. These batteries demonstrate their impressive longevity with a continuous operating time of approximately 8 h. The matching charger, which brings the batteries to full capacity within 1,5 h, is also included.
Efficient and ergonomic strapping tape unwinding
The TecMaschin roll dispenser trolley allows strap rolls with an inner diameter of 250 - 406 mm to be transported easily and ergonomically. The height of 1.050 mm ensures that the rack is easy to transport and that the practical storage compartment is always at the right height to have the strapping tool quickly at hand. The strapping band is held in the rack by roller bearings. This helps to unroll the band quickly and thus ensures efficiency at work. In addition, the trolley is extremely robust and therefore ideally equipped for continuous use in the warehouse or picking station. The fixed Solid rubber tyres with a diameter of 220 mm make it easy to transport the strapping trolley to different locations.
Tear-resistant and secure packaging
With the TecMaschin strapping band made of PET (polyethylene terephthalate), you can securely package stored and picked goods with strapping up to 2.000 m and a very high tear resistance of 3.350 N. This means it can withstand even the toughest shipping requirements. With a width of 14.7 mm and a thickness of 0.7 mm, it is compatible with all standard strapping devices. What's more, it's not just green in colour. It is also fully recyclable, making it an environmentally sustainable choice for your business.
