Strapping with power and efficiency
The HU-P1316 hand strapping tool impresses with its high tensioning speed of 200 mm/s and a tensioning force of 600 - 4.000 N. Thanks to the ergonomic placement of the buttons, the tool can be easily operated with one hand. The welding process is started simply by pressing the upper button. To remove excess material, the strap can then be shortened by pressing the side switch. Once the friction welding process is complete and the friction lock is secure, the strapping tool can be easily released by pulling the lower lever. This means that commission goods and packages can be strapped with force and securely transported away within a few seconds.
The device is designed for straps made of PET (polyethylene) and PP (polypropylene) with a width of 13 - 16 mm and a thickness of 0,4 - 1,2 mm. The strapping device is set to PET straps as standard. The changeover to PP straps is carried out using the assembly material supplied. The welding process only requires a temperature of 15 - 20 °C, which eliminates the risk of burns. To achieve optimum results, the tension force and welding time are infinitely variable and electronically adjustable. As the device produces a weld seam, no additional sealing sleeves are required.
Everything you need from a single source
The strapping device comes with a Li-Ion battery as a replacement. This provides additional working capacity and prevents annoying waiting times while the device is charging. The batteries allow 300 to 400 welds to be made and last for approx. 12 h when used continuously. The corresponding charger, which fully recharges the batteries within 1,5 h, is also included.
Efficient and ergonomic strapping tape dispenser
The TecMaschin roll dispenser allows tape rolls with an inner diameter of 250 - 406 mm to be transported easily and ergonomically. The height of 1.050 mm ensures that the rack is easy to transport and that the practical storage compartment is always at the right height so that the strapping tool is quickly to hand. The strapping tape is held in the rack by roller bearings. This helps the tape to unroll quickly and ensures efficiency at work. In addition, the trolley is extremely robust and therefore ideally equipped for continuous use in the warehouse or picking station. The fixed Solid rubber tyres with a diameter of 220 mm allow the strapping trolley to be transported effortlessly to different locations.
Tear-resistant and secure packaging
With the TecMaschin strapping tape made of PET (polyethylene terephthalate), you can securely package stored and commissioned goods with strapping up to 2.000 m and a very high tear resistance of 3.350 N. This means it can withstand even the toughest shipping conditions. With a width of 14.7 mm and a thickness of 0.7 mm, it is compatible with all standard strapping tools. And it's not just green in colour. It is also fully recyclable, making it an environmentally sustainable choice for your business.
