Quick filling, secure packing

The LPM16 bubble wrap machine makes it possible. The compact device fills and seals bubbles and bubble wraps quickly with a high productivity rate of 16 m/min. If the inserted wrap needs longer to fill, the machine can be throttled down to 9 m/min. The temperature and air pressure can be adjusted as needed. This ensures that bubbles of different sizes can be optimally filled. The bubble wrap machine is compatible with different materials, such as polyethylene (HDPE and LDPE) and polyacrylic films. The setup process is as simple as operating the machine itself. The roll of bubble wrap is simply placed on the holder, then threaded through the guide and into the infeed. This takes less than a minute, allowing you to start producing packaging material right away. 

The soft bubbles can be used to transport fragile items securely or to fill out packaging that is too large for the packaged goods.

Flexible and efficient

With its compact dimensions (167 mm x 370 mm x 250 mm) and light weight of 8,5 kg, the machine can be set up almost anywhere. In addition, it produces exceptionally low noise emissions of just 70 dB. The 170 cm power cable can also be plugged into any standard socket. The roll holder has a diameter of 48 mm, which is compatible with standard bubble wrap rolls. It can take bubble wraps with a material thickness of 0,015 - 0,03 mm and a maximum roll length of 1.500 m, allowing you to choose from a wide range of rolls. Of course, we can also supply suitable bubble wrap.
