Optimise your packaging process with the HU-P1319
Increase your packaging efficiency with the HU-P1319 hand strapping tool from TecMaschin. With its compact dimensions of 370 mm x 140 mm x 135 mm and a total weight of just 4 kg, the tool offers exceptional handling and mobility. The adjustable tension of 400 - 5.500 N and an impressive tensioning speed of 100 to 200 mm/s ensure efficient and reliable strapping for a wide range of package sizes and weights. The device is designed for strap widths of 13 - 19 mm and strap thicknesses of 0,4 - 1,2 mm, allowing wide compatibility with various PET and PP strapping. As the device creates a welded seam, no additional seals are required.
Equipped with a powerful Li-Ion battery (18 V / 4 Ah), the HU-P1319 enables a continuous usage time of around 8 h with a short charging time of just 1,5 h. The device is also supplied with a spare battery, ensuring continuous performance even during intensive use.
Innovative display control and flexible operating modes
The innovative display control of the HU-P1319 allows precise and user-friendly adjustment of the appliance. You can choose between three operating modes: Fully automatic for automatic tensioning, sealing and cutting at the touch of a button, semi-automatic for manual tensioning followed by automatic sealing and cutting, and a manual mode for complete control over the strapping process. In addition, special modes allow adaptation to the use of PET or PP strapping, with the tensioning force adjustable in 9 steps and the sealing time between 0.5 and 3.5 seconds. Once the friction sealing process is complete and the friction seal is tight, the strapping tool can be easily released using the lower lever. In just a few seconds, consignment goods and parcels are securely strapped and ready for despatch. As standard, the manual strapping tool is supplied in automatic mode with a tensioning force of 1400 N (level 3) and a sealing time of 1.5 seconds.

You will achieve the best results with the high-quality strapping from TecMaschin. This waffled PET strap was specially developed for our automatic manual strapping tool HU-P1319. We recommend a tensioning force of 900 N (level 2) and a sealing time of 1.5 seconds in normal mode to achieve optimum results.
Important note: Please note that the use of a standard universal rechargeable battery with the HU-P1319 is not recommended.
