Solar cargo bike

A solar cargo bike is the revolution in the field of sustainable mobility, making the climate-neutral transport of heavy goods just as easy as the environmentally conscious locomotion within sprawling warehouses and other corporate areas with large surfaces. For this purpose, TOPREGAL's solar-powered cargo bike has its own solar panel. This means that if there is no electric charging station nearby for the cargo bike, the battery simply charges via the incoming solar radiation. In this way, the already high battery capacity can be increased considerably, especially on sunny days, by attaching the solar panel directly to the bike's transport box. From there, it literally supplies the connected battery with sustainable solar energy as it passes by.

Cargo bike: electric and solar drive

The cargo bike is thus powered by electricity and solar energy at the same time - depending on requirements and local conditions. If you use the solar function of the cargo bike, align the alignment angle of the panel so that you can fully exploit the efficiency of the solar radiation. The 36-volt electric drive is 250 watts strong in the process and ensures rapid acceleration of the bike and a speed of up to 25 kilometers per hour - including charging. After all, what would a cargo bike with electric as well as solar drive be without a spacious transport box, with which you can comfortably transport loads such as raw materials, documents and much more from A to B? For this purpose, our solar cargo bike has a 51 by 72 centimeter box that can hold goods weighing up to 150 kilograms. You can load the luggage rack above the rear wheel with an additional 27 kilograms if the transport box is ever insufficient.
