Here you will find an overview of the payment methods offered by TOPREGAL. Depending on the country of delivery, we offer different payment methods, which are displayed for you to choose from during the ordering process.

Our payment methods in detail

(Cash) payment on collection

We will send you the invoice by e-mail. The goods will be prepared for collection immediately and are usually ready for collection within 48 hours on our working days. You pay the amount to our employee on site. You can pay in cash or by EC or credit card.


Prepayment (less 2% discount)

We will send you a pro-forma invoice by e-mail. After receipt of payment, the goods will be handed over to the shipping company immediately. Alternatively, you can send us a bank transfer voucher to speed up the process. After delivery of the goods, you will receive a final PDF invoice for your records.


PayPal

With the PayPal payment method, payment is processed during the order process. You will need a PayPal account to log in to during the ordering process and pay the amount directly or, if offered by PayPal, select installment payment options. We will send you the invoice for your records by e-mail after receipt of your order. The goods will then be handed over to the shipping company immediately.


Credit card

With the credit card payment option, payment is processed during the order process. Immediately after the order has been placed, the specified credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Postepay, Carte Bancaire, ...) will be debited with the invoice amount. We will send you the invoice by e-mail after receipt of your order for your records. The goods will then be handed over to the shipping company without delay. Your credit card details are transferred using TLS (Transport Layer Security), the successor to SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and are therefore secure. In the event of a return, your credit card account will be credited.


Klarna

With the Klarna payment option, payment is processed during the order process. We will send you the invoice by e-mail for your records after receipt of your order. The goods are then immediately handed over to the shipping company.

In order to be able to offer you the Klarna payment method, we may pass on your personal data in the form of contact and order data to Klarna in the checkout so that Klarna can assess whether you qualify for their payment method. Your transmitted personal data will be processed in accordance with Klarna's own privacy policy.


Invoice by MONDU

Invoices with a payment term of 30 days are a popular payment method for companies. Your order will be dispatched by us immediately after receipt of your order. You will receive the invoice with the MONDU account information from us at the same time. You then have the option of paying the amount conveniently by bank transfer within 30 days of receiving the invoice. You retain full control - the amount can be transferred at any time within this period.


Payment by invoice

We will send you the invoice in advance by e-mail. However, the payment period only begins after delivery. The goods will be handed over to the shipping company immediately after receipt of the order.

Current note: We ask for your understanding that we are currently only able to offer this payment method to a limited extent (e.g. for authorities, public institutions). We hope to be able to make this payment method available to all our customers again very soon.


Leasing offer

For orders within Germany with a gross value of over €1,000, we offer the option of submitting a leasing request to our partner Albis. Your data will be forwarded to our partner as part of the ordering process, who will then check the credit request and provide you with a non-binding leasing offer. You can then take your time to check whether you accept the offer. Once the leasing contract has been concluded, we will receive information from our partner and we will hand over the goods for dispatch. You don't have to worry about anything else and will receive an e-mail as soon as the goods are picked.
