Greater security through clear signals

Modern access solutions require more than just a mechanical barrier – they need clear and immediately recognisable signals. This electrically operated barrier is equipped with an integrated LED light strip in the barrier arm, providing a clearly visible status indicator for vehicles and pedestrians. When closed, the LED strip lights up red, clearly signalling "stop". As soon as the barrier opens, the lighting automatically changes to green, clearly and intuitively indicating that the passage is clear.

Electric barrier ES3500: Simply block off paths

This is what the ES3500 electric parking barrier from TecMaschin makes possible. With this practical product, you can conveniently cordon off driveways, roads or even entrances with different widths. This is possible thanks to the pull-out element, which is inserted into the barrier bar of the electric barrier. Within a few seconds, the electric barrier is raised and lowered by the powerful 100 W 24 V motor. Thanks to the remote control option, the electric barrier can be controlled from a distance of up to 30 m.

The low weight of 35 kg makes installation particularly easy. The compact dimensions of the housing of 355 mm x 245 mm x 1.040 mm also contribute to this. It is also splash-proof and has protection class IP54. This means that it can withstand normal weather conditions without any problems, allowing it to be used outdoors. The barrier can be plugged into any standard 230 V socket.

The electrical connection of the automatic electric barrier ES3500 must be carried out according to regulations by an electrician and checked regularly. The installation can be carried out easily and independently.

Maximum safety through intelligent object detection

The new loop sensor gives the ES3500 electric barrier a decisive upgrade in terms of safety. The sensor reliably detects vehicles, people or other obstacles in the immediate closing area, thus preventing the barrier arm from lowering. The barrier remains open as long as an object is in the detection field – and only closes automatically when the path is completely clear.

This smart crash protection solution minimises the risk of property damage or personal injury. Retrofitting the module is straightforward: the sensor is easy to install and integrates seamlessly into the existing control system of the barrier.
