Pallet pull-out PA600 for Euro pallets, 70% extension, TOPREGAL

The PA600 pallet pull-out allows you to access stored goods quickly and easily. Instead of fetching the forklift every time, you simply pull the pallet forward a little. The sturdy guide rails can hold the load securely and are still very smooth-running. The extension can be pulled out up to 745 mm, providing convenient access to the pallet. This saves time during order picking and reduces strain on the back.

The permissible loads when extended vary depending on the pallet racking used. When retracted, the PA600 is designed for a load capacity of 600 kg and is made entirely of steel. However, when extended, the permissible load of the respective racking system is always decisive. This is a maximum of 250 kg for the PR4500, 500 kg for the PR9000 and 600 kg for the PR15000. For installation, the pull-out is hooked onto the rear crossbar of the Palett rack and secured with mounting brackets. The crossbar is additionally secured with two screws per side, which are not tightened completely so that there is still some play. 

When retracted, it is 1.210 mm deep, extended 1.960 mm, 810 mm wide and 150 mm high. Its own weight is 37 kg. Despite its solid construction, the design remains surprisingly compact. Depending on the shelving system, the PA600 can be used in different storage areas. It provides better access to pallets and contributes to a safe workflow, as there is no need to reach deep into the shelf.
