Fully configured mobile storage rack with wire mesh decking

The wire mesh decking for storage racks from TOPREGAL is ideal for storing and transporting goods, parcels, general cargo, small parts in visible storage bins and liquids. The wire mesh decking impresses with its robust, washable surface, which is particularly durable. Consisting of a grid of 9,9 x 3,3 cm meshes, the wire mesh decking allows you to see through from below, making order picking easier. The washable surface also makes it possible to store liquids such as oils, paints or even garden soil.

Mobile storage rack: reliably handles high loads

The external dimension of this mobile long-span rack from TOPREGAL is 1,2 m; the usable shelf surface, also known as the internal dimension, is 10 cm shorter. The shelf and bay loads of the rack are 500 kg. These figures always refer to evenly distributed loads.

The orange-painted storage-rack beams are the actual load-bearing elements of the rack and are hooked into the uprights using the simple plug-in system. They are then secured against accidental lifting with locking pins. Particularly practical: to configure your mobile storage rack individually the beams can be adjusted in height in a grid of 50 mm so that you can add further levels later and adapt the shelf size to your application.

The blue-painted racking frames of the mobile storage rack each consist of a front and rear upright profile. In addition, two swivel castors with brakes are screwed beneath the rack uprights to provide the necessary flexibility in your warehouse. For workplace safety, the upper ends of the rack uprights are closed off with cover plates.

The complete rack is equipped with two 1,74 m-high uprights and four movable castors, including brakes, making it suitable for mobile use. It is specially manufactured for commercial and industrial operation and can therefore withstand demanding working environments. All assembly material is included in the delivery.
