Flexible handling
The mobile welding fume extractor AS25 offers a practical and efficient solution for removing fumes during welding work. The welding fume extractor is ergonomic, sturdy and easy to handle. The housing is made of powder-coated Steel, with compact dimensions of 550 mm x 550 mm x 1.060 mm. The 51 kg tare weight of the base frame can easily be lifted by two people and carried to the desired location, or conveniently rolled from place to place. The unit is supplied with a 2.000 mm-long extraction arm that can be rotated and swivelled and moved flexibly through 360° using 3 joints. This means the AS25 can always be used wherever particularly large amounts of fume are generated.
Simple principle
The portable welding fume extractor operates according to a simple system: first, welding fumes flow through the protective mesh of the self-supporting extraction arm. Sparks and other larger particles are captured here and drawn into the filter unit with a fan capacity of 1.500 m³/h. The fumes are then cleaned by PTFE filters through the lamellae of the filter cartridge, with 99,9 % efficiency and a filter area of 8 m², and released into the room as clean air.
