Wherever metal scraps such as screws or shavings are lying on the floor, the magnetic broom for forklift MBT91/20 ensures quick cleaning and greater safety. Whether in factory halls, on construction sites, in loading zones or on parking areas, the device reliably picks up loose metal parts before they can cause damage or accidents. 

The working width including castors is 1.025 mm, while the magnetic housing itself measures 910 mm. This allows large areas to be cleaned quickly without making the sweeper unwieldy in tighter spaces. The height of the telescopic handle can be adjusted between 780 - 1.280 mm and is fitted with a rubberised grip, allowing different users to work comfortably with it. The height of the wheels can also be adjusted. This changes the distance between the magnetic housing and the floor, and therefore also the strength with which metal parts are attracted. 

To empty it, simply pull the magnetic release handle. The collected parts then fall directly onto the floor or into a collection container. It is important to push the handle down again afterwards so that the sweeper is immediately ready for use. The magnetic housing is only 77 mm deep and 102 mm high, making the magnetic sweeper for forklift suitable for confined operating areas as well. With its 8 kg, the sweeper is easy to handle while remaining stable. Its construction of aluminium, iron, magnets and plastic makes it robust. Up to 20 kg metal parts can be picked up in a single pass.

Before each use, check the magnetic sweeper for visible damage and loose screw connections. Use the device only to collect small metal parts on solid surfaces.
