Combining cantilevers of different models, such as between KR3000 and KR6000, is technically not feasible. However, a mixture of different arm lengths, for example 50 cm and 100 cm, is certainly feasible. The important thing here is that the cantilever arms do not protrude beyond the cantilever feet. A combination of 50 cm and 100 cm cantilever arms would require a shelf upright with a depth of 100 cm.
Depending on the type of cantilever racking, our cantilever bays are available in painted and hot-dip galvanized versions (both versions for the KR2500 / KR3000).
The individual cross and diagonal braces are mounted to the bracket of the shelf uprights with the corresponding hexagon bolts, hexagon nuts and washers.
Depending on the height of your shelves, the number of struts (cross and diagonal struts) varies.

The axial dimension is the internal dimension between two shelf uprights. Depending on the cantilever type, we offer these fields in 120 cm (KR2500) and in 100 cm / 150 cm (KR3000 / KR6000).
A rubber strip on cantilever racks is primarily used to protect your stored goods and the cantilevers from potential damage. No additional assembly is required to attach them. The rubber strips are simply glued directly to the desired cantilever arm. For our models KR3000 and KR6000 we offer special matching rubber strips.
Available bay sizes vary depending on the specific cantilever rack model:
- KR2500: Provides bays 120 cm wide, bracing included.
- KR3000: Offers bays in 100 cm and 150 cm sizes, both including bracing. These are also available in a hot-dip galvanized version.
- KR6000: This model also offers 100 cm and 150 cm bays with bracing.
The scope of delivery includes the appropriate number of screws for cantilever racking assembly. The following screws are used for a cantilever racking system:
Bolt anchor, hexagonal bolts / nuts, washer, compensation wedge etc.
With certain models of our cantilever racks you can flexibly adjust the height of the cantilever arms. The KR3000 and KR6000 models offer the possibility to adjust the cantilever arms individually in 5 cm steps. In contrast, the arms of the KR2500 system are permanently welded and do not allow any height adjustment.
Cantilever racking is ideal for the storage of long goods, e.g. wooden beams, steel profiles, pipes and much more. You can additionally equip the cantilever racking with wooden or grating floors, so that the storage of other stored goods is also possible.
Cantilever racking is always fixed by anchoring it to the ground.

Complete shelf upright consists of a double C-profile and the foot part. The upright profile is bolted to the foot.
Annual tests of our cantilever racks
Cantilever racks and other products such as pallet racks, heavy duty racks and storage racks are subjected to voluntary annual quality tests. Among other things, our cantilever racks are tested for load, rigidity and stability. The load plates included in the scope of delivery show the respective maximum shelf and bay loads of the racks.

Cantilever racks are absolute all-rounders among the racks: They bring along an enormous load capacity and therefore belong to the most popular heavy duty rack types in the industry. A long goods rack, as cantilever racks are also often called, is characterized by the attachment of horizontal cantilevers to vertical uprights, the profiles or the upright profile. The effective storage of goods such as wooden boards or pipes, separation of standing long goods or as a pick-up for shelves makes cantilever racks the versatile top sellers in the large portfolio of TOPREGAL.

You can buy cantilever racks in our store in two versions: with cantilever arms firmly welded to the upright, as with type KR2500, or with cantilever arms that you hook into the uprights using a plug-in design and fasten with locking bolts, as with type KR3000 and KR6000. By mounting a supplied roll-off safety device on the cantilever arm, the stored goods are protected from rolling off. Due to the possibility of double-sided suspension or use, cantilever racks are characterized as space-saving heavy-duty racks that meet almost every requirement in your warehouse.
The single-sided or double-sided cantilever racks can be fixed to the floor with the help of bolt anchors - either to the wall or free-standing. Due to the modular design, you can also expand single-sided and double-sided cantilever racks with additional arms or bays at a later date. Depending on the long goods rack variant, the arms are firmly welded to the upright. This is the case with type KR2500. Another variant has individually suspendable cantilever arms in a grid of 50 mm. The arm load, or the load capacity, of TOPREGAL cantilever racks ranges from 250 kg to one ton, depending on the system, while the depth/length varies from 50 to 150 cm. For our KR3000 system, wooden and mesh shelving supports can be individually attached to these cantilever arms for even more flexible use.
The standard height of our long goods racks is just as variable. Depending on the selected variant, two to six meters are available when you buy your cantilever racks from us. The material is available either steel powder coated - the upright and the truss in blue, cantilever arms in orange - or hot-dip galvanized for outdoor use.
