The warehouse mezzanine IMAD creates additional storage, work and picking space within existing buildings, without the need for structural building extensions. The additional level can be used flexibly for storage, order picking or work areas.

Especially in storage and production areas with limited floor space, the modular steel structure enables better use of the available building height.

Modular system for flexible carport extensions

The IMAD is based on a modular system design with standardized components. This allows the mezzanine floor to be extended as required or adapted to changed storage structures. Additional platform modules can be attached in different directions to expand the available area.

The standardized design simplifies project planning and enables the mezzanine floor to be extended at a later stage.

High stability for commercial use

The steel structure of the mezzanine floor is designed for a uniformly distributed payload of 500 kg/m². Main and secondary beams are bolted together and ensure even load distribution.

The structure was developed in accordance with EUROCODE guidelines and structurally tested. It is manufactured in accordance with DIN EN 1090. This makes the mezzanine floor suitable for use in storage, production and order-picking areas.

Flexible stair solution for any warehouse

The 3.500 mm-high staircase for the warehouse mezzanine IMAD can be mounted flexibly at different positions on the mezzanine floor. This flexibility allows the access to the platform to adapt to the conditions in your warehouse.

Efficient use of space through a reduced number of supports

A key advantage of the warehouse mezzanine is its reduced number of supports. This leaves the space beneath the floor more usable, for example for storage areas, work areas or traffic routes.

Depending on the design, different floor layouts and numbers of supports are used, tailored to the situation in each hall. This means the Mezzanine Floors are suitable both for compact storage areas and for larger picking or work areas.

Flexible access and safe use

The mezzanine floor can be equipped with different stair and access solutions. Depending on the complete package, different stair positions and access solutions are used, tailored to the situation in each hall.

Guardrail systems with a height of 1.100 mm above the walking level and integrated transfer stations support safe use in daily warehouse operations and make it easier to transfer goods by forklift. This shortens walking routes and allows goods to be transported between levels more quickly. 

Robust, practical floor covering

The bolted wooden floor covering, with a natural top side, forms a stable and resilient usable surface for daily use. At the same time, the white underside of the covering makes the storage and work areas beneath the floor brighter. 

This keeps the area beneath the floor better illuminated and more usable in everyday work.
