Our tip for uninterrupted use of the electric pallet truck HWE2000-1:
An additional exchange battery. It increases the operating time of the electric pallet truck enormously. The battery can be changed quickly and easily in just a few seconds.
During the time a battery is being charged (maximum charging time 3 h), the pallet truck is ready with a replacement battery for activities in the warehouse, factory and production.
The lithium iron phosphate battery with a dead weight of 10,2 kg is the heart and drive. For charging, the external battery (35 cm x 37 cm) is removed from the electric pallet truck using the handle.
The space saving benefits the slim design of the chassis.
The continuous use time of the electric pallet truck is 1 h. In normal use, the battery lasts up to 6 h. The battery level is conveniently read on the tiller handle.
The external battery pack is recharged at a 230 V socket within a short time for the next use. However, when charging, the battery must be placed on a fireproof base (fire protection).
