The MA-S200 machine vice from TecMaschin meets the highest standards for precision, even under heavy strain. It holds the workpiece firmly in place and keeps it from slipping even during machining work such as milling or drilling with a tolerance of 0,05 mm. This is made possible by the vice’s integrated pull-down system. The machine vice, with its compact dimensions of 150 mm x 420 mm x 100 mm, can be attached to CNC machines, workbenches, machining centres and other machine tools by means of clamping jaws/clamping claws. The vice can be easily adjusted and workpieces firmly clamped in place with the enclosed hex key.
The MA-S200 precision vice is made from a hardened alloy (20CrMnTi), giving the handy tool a long service life. This makes the clamping tool a sustainable investment for your company. The slide can be moved smoothly along the rails on the vice, making quick re-clamping and setup a breeze. It also makes the tool efficient to work with.
