Crossbars measuring 1 – 2 m in length, combined with starting/end posts, corner posts and intermediate posts, can be used to separate traffic routes used by forklift trucks, high-lift Pallet trucks and other motorised equipment from workstations and pedestrian routes. This safeguards your warehouse and production employees as well as goods and machinery. The impact protection railing combines flexibility, safety and strength.

The 200 x 200 mm base plates of the post elements can be firmly fixed to the floor using the included anchor bolts. The solid steel impact protection railing can absorb high forces and stop vehicles in an emergency. Thanks to the modular design of the railing system, you can configure this protective barrier individually to suit the layout of your warehouse or production hall. Its safety-yellow colour ensures that the protective railing is visible from a distance and that pedestrian routes are quickly identified. This increases operational safety and reduces the risk of accidents.

The practical corner construction for your safety

The corner-post construction of the impact protection railing system allows you to easily separate an angled area of your hall from traffic routes. The three posts, 1.000 mm high and made of 70 mm x 70 mm structural steel, withstand high forces. They can be easily fixed to the ground with anchor bolts to ensure the stability of the solid construction. 

The 4 included crossbars of the impact protection construction, each 2.000 mm long, can be effortlessly hooked into the beam pockets of the posts and secured. With a material thickness of 3 - 4 mm, these large crossbars withstand heavy impacts and protect against property damage and personal injury.
