Strapping with power and efficiency

The HU-P1319 manual strapping tool impresses with a high tensioning speed of 200 mm/s and a tensioning force of 400 - 5.500 N. The tensioning and sealing force can be set on the intuitive display and the ergonomic positioning of the buttons makes the tool easy to operate with one hand. The tensioning and sealing process is started simply by pressing the upper buttons. Once the friction sealing process is complete and the friction seal is tight, the strapping tool can be easily released using the lower lever. In just a few seconds, consignment goods and parcels are securely strapped and ready for despatch.

The tool is designed for straps made of PET (polyethylene) and PP (polypropylene) with a width of 13 - 19 mm and a thickness of 0,4 - 1,2 mm. The strapping tool is set to PET strapping as standard. Conversion to PP strapping is carried out using the supplied assembly material. Only a temperature of 15 - 20 °C is required for the welding process, which eliminates the risk of burns. As the device produces a welded seam, no additional sealing sleeves are required.

Flexible and easy to use

Thanks to the removable battery, the device can be used without a cable, which makes it very easy to handle and offers a high degree of freedom of movement. The spare battery is charged while you continue to work with the device. This means that the HU-P1319 can be used flexibly in different locations. The energy-saving one-handed operation not only ensures efficiency and ergonomics at the workplace, but also easy tensioning and sealing of the strapping, horizontally, vertically or overhead. The robust body means that minor impacts are no problem.

Everything you need from a single source

You also receive a Li-Ion rechargeable battery as a replacement for the strapping tool. This provides additional working capacity and prevents annoying waiting times while the tool is charging. The rechargeable batteries enable 200 - 300 seams to be sealed and last for approx. 8 h of continuous use. The associated charger, which fully recharges the batteries within 1,5 h, is also included.

Efficient and ergonomic strapping unwinding

With the TecMaschin Unwinding trolley, rolls of strapping with an internal diameter of 250 - 406 mm can be transported easily and ergonomically. The height of 1.050 mm ensures that the frame is easy to transport and the practical shelf is always at the right height to have the strapping tool quickly to hand. The strapping band is held in the rack by roller bearings. This helps the strap to unroll quickly and ensures efficiency at work. The trolley is also extremely robust and therefore ideally equipped for continuous use in the warehouse or picking station. The fixed Solid rubber tyres with 220 mm diameter allow the strapping trolley to be transported effortlessly to different locations.

Tear-resistant and secure packaging

With the TecMaschin Strapping made of PET (polyethylene terephthalate), you can securely pack stock and consignment goods with strapping up to 1.750 m and a very high tear resistance of 4.020 N. With a width of 15.5 mm and a thickness of 0.7 mm, it is compatible with all standard strapping tools. And it's not just green in colour. It is also fully recyclable, making it an environmentally sustainable choice for your company.
