The long hand pallet truck HWM2000 is designed for special applications and particularly heavy loads. With a fork length of 2.000 mm, a fork width of 160 mm and an overall width of 540 mm, this 110 kg-heavy transport device can lift and transport loads of up to 2.000 kg. Just a few pumping movements lift the load from the minimum height of 85 - 200 mm. With dimensions of 2.400 mm x 540 mm x 1.230 mm and a wheelbase of 2.028 mm, the long pallet truck can be controlled precisely. Its small turning radius of 2.312 mm allows it to turn in a relatively small area. The robust truck material, consisting largely of steel, and the low-wear wheels made from ensure a long product service life. Painted in blue signal colour, the material-handling equipment cannot be overlooked, ensuring safety during operation. This item will be delivered by articulated lorry (40 t) with side/rear unloading. For this, a suitable lifting device (e.g., forklift) must be provided by the customer. Additional services, such as delivery via tail lift, truck-mounted forklift, or low-loader, are available at an extra charge.
At this time, SolidHub does not offer equipment with initial lift - a feature that raises the truck's wheel arms to provide additional ground clearance during load pickup and transport. However, we do have models in our line that have free lift. This feature allows the forks or load to be lifted without changing the overall height of the lift mast. An example of this is our HEF16/5 product.
Unfortunately, the maximum lifting height cannot be limited on our lifting equipment.
The devices are equipped with neither a mechanical nor an electrical lifting height limitation. Therefore, it is not possible to make any subsequent modifications or limitations.
To safely unload your new SolidHub stacker from the pallet, drive it off the pallet with the forks first. This will prevent damage to property or personal injury.
Our tip: Place the pallet in front of a kerb, as its height often corresponds to the height of a pallet. This allows you to drive your lifting device off the pallet almost at ground level.

Your order will usually be handed over to the shipping company within 24 hours of receipt of the order or payment (depending on the payment method selected), depending on stock levels. From this point on, the delivery time within Germany is a maximum of 72 hours (international shipments take correspondingly longer, please note the information directly on the respective item).
