Magnetic sweeper with telesopic handle MBT91/20, SolidHub

Wherever metal debris such as screws or shavings are lying on the floor, the magnetic broom MBT91/20 ensures quick cleaning and greater safety. Whether in factory halls, on construction sites, in loading areas or on parking lots – the device reliably picks up loose metal parts before they can cause damage or accidents.

The working width including rollers is 1.025 mm, and the magnet housing itself measures 910 mm. This allows large areas to be cleaned quickly without the broom becoming unwieldy in tighter spaces. The height of the telescopic handle is adjustable between 1.2 and 1.8 metres and is equipped with a rubberised grip so that different users can work comfortably with it. In addition, the height of the wheels can be adjusted. This changes the distance between the magnet housing and the floor – and thus also the strength with which metal parts are attracted.

To empty it, simply pull the magnetic release handle. The collected parts then fall directly to the floor or into a collection container. It is important to press the handle down again afterwards so that the broom is immediately ready for use again. The magnet housing is only 77 mm deep and 102 mm high, making the magnet broom suitable for use in confined spaces. With its 8 kg, the broom is easy to handle but remains stable. Its aluminium, iron, magnet and plastic construction makes it robust. Up to 20 kg metal parts can be picked up in a single operation.
