The SolidHub electric pallet stacker HE1200/4 is a cost-effective alternative to purchasing a forklift. Small businesses in particular may not have the financial resources, space or suitably trained personnel to acquire a powerful forklift.�Thanks to its waterproof control unit, the high-quality stacker truck is perfectly equipped to handle harsh working conditions such as cold, moisture and dust, and is ideally suited to temporary use in, for example, cold stores and production halls. The HE1200/4 is not designed for permanent use in cold stores or in rain / damp conditions.

The HE1200/4 makes it easier to handle loads of up to 1.200 kg and a lifting height of 86 - 4.000 mm. Its low noise level of 70 dB enables comfortable working over longer periods. The dimensions of the agile, fully electric stacker truck are ideal for use in small storage and production areas. However, the mast height (2.495 - 4.456 mm) must be taken into account depending on the extension status. The load capacity at maximum height is 300 kg. The ergonomically designed tiller enables user-friendly control of all lifting and lowering functions via the multifunction tiller knob. All important control instruments, such as the battery charge indicator, operating-hours counter, emergency-stop switch and key, are centrally arranged and directly in the operator's field of vision. The vehicle's fully enclosed bodywork and low ground clearance provide additional protection and reduce injuries in the foot area. Due to the low ground clearance, it is important that the HE1200/4 is used only on smooth, level floors and traffic routes. The low housing height and the mast's lattice construction provide good visibility through the telescopic lifting mast, keeping people and goods in view at all times.�The motor power of 0,75 kW provides ideal support when transporting Euro pallets and mesh boxes up to 1.200 kg. The battery capacity of 100 Ah guarantees a total runtime of 4 h at full load. The two built-in Lead-gel batteries are maintenance-free and have a combined voltage of 24 V. They can be conveniently charged from any standard 230 V socket. When the battery is completely empty, charging takes approximately 7 h.

The travel speed of 4,2 km/h is approximately that of a pedestrian. An electromechanical brake ensures safe transport of the goods. Depending on the load, the electric stacker truck can be used on inclines of up to 3 - 10 %. These specifications apply only to smooth industrial floors. The smooth-running, highly manoeuvrable wheels made of PU and high-quality ball bearings are part of the standard equipment of the SolidHub HE1200/4. These PU wheels impress with their abrasion resistance and good grip on the floor.�Please check the load-bearing capacity of your floor before using the HE1200/4. Good to know for use in Germany: Warehouse employees do not require special training or a forklift licence for this purpose. However, the person must be at least 18 years old. An introduction to operating the lifting equipment is sufficient. Naturally, the statutory regulations must be observed and complied with when working with the SolidHub pallet truck HE1200/4. 

Before commissioning, check the national regulations applicable in the country of use. The operator is responsible for commissioning the equipment and for ensuring that suitable personnel are available for its operation.

IMPORTANT—handling the battery:
Please strictly follow the instructions for using the battery in the operating manual. It is essential never to allow the battery to become deeply discharged. The battery should therefore be charged regularly, even when the device is not being used.
