Flexible handling
The mobile welding fume extraction unit AS25 offers a practical and efficient solution for extracting fumes during welding work. The welding fume extraction unit is ergonomic, stable and easy to use. The housing is made of powder-coated Steel, with compact dimensions of 550 mm x 550 mm x 1.060 mm. The base frame weighs 51 kg and can be easily lifted by two people and carried to the desired location, or conveniently rolled from place to place. The system comes with a 2.000 mm long, rotating and swivelling extraction arm, which can be moved flexibly through 360° thanks to 3 joints. This means that the AS25 can always be used where there is a lot of smoke.
Simple principle
The extraction system works according to a simple system, whereby the welding fumes first pass through the protective mesh of the self-supporting extraction arm. Here, sparks and other larger particles are collected and sucked into the filter unit with a fan output of 1.500 m³/h. The smoke is then cleaned by PTFE filters with 99,9 % efficiency and a filter area of 8 m² through the lamellae of the filter cartridge and released into the room as clean air. The service life of the Cartridge filter is 4000 hours; it is recommended that it be replaced once a year.
