Lift loads electrically with ease
With the mobile gantry crane PK1000/2 from SolidHub, you can easily lift long and heavy goods weighing up to 1.000 kg. At the touch of a button, the integrated electric chain hoist picks up goods in seconds using a forklift hook attachment and moves them horizontally and vertically. The lifting speed is 113 mm/s. The PK1000/2 is therefore the ideal aid for repair work, in workshops, during assembly and in warehouse technology. The practical electric chain hoist has a maximum lifting height of 2.190 mm. Its low weight of 78 kg makes it possible to install the compact lifting device on various gantry cranes and T-beams. The integrated design allows the electric device to be attached to frames and suspensions of different sizes.
Note: A high-voltage power socket (380 V) is required for connection.

At this time, SolidHub does not offer equipment with initial lift - a feature that raises the truck's wheel arms to provide additional ground clearance during load pickup and transport. However, we do have models in our line that have free lift. This feature allows the forks or load to be lifted without changing the overall height of the lift mast. An example of this is our HEF16/5 product.
Unfortunately, the maximum lifting height cannot be limited on our lifting equipment.
The devices are equipped with neither a mechanical nor an electrical lifting height limitation. Therefore, it is not possible to make any subsequent modifications or limitations.
To safely unload your new SolidHub stacker from the pallet, drive it off the pallet with the forks first. This will prevent damage to property or personal injury.
Our tip: Place the pallet in front of a kerb, as its height often corresponds to the height of a pallet. This allows you to drive your lifting device off the pallet almost at ground level.
