The black cleaning pad is designed for heavily used, hard-wearing floor coverings. It is suitable for industrial and workshop floors, concrete surfaces and other robust surfaces with stubborn dirt.

Thanks to its high abrasiveness, it helps remove dried-on residues, heavy encrustations or heavy soiling. In combination with the optional additional weights from EM45-30, the cleaning effect can be specifically enhanced.

Note: Following intensive cleaning with the black pad, it is advisable, if necessary, to follow up with a softer pad to even out the surface.

Cleaning pads for the EM45-30 random-orbit sander

The cleaning pads are consumables measuring 435 mm x 300 mm and are specially designed to fit the rectangular working surface of the EM45-30 random orbital sander, which measures 450 mm x 300 mm. They ensure even force distribution across the entire surface and support the machine’s oscillating motion right up to the edges and corners.

Pads with varying degrees of abrasiveness are available, depending on the floor covering, level of soiling and desired cleaning intensity. Choosing the right pad has a significant impact on the cleaning result and on the protection of the surface.

The pads are designed for commercial use and are suitable for hard, water-resistant floor coverings in industrial, workshop, warehouse or commercial premises. The precise fit ensures a secure hold on the pad holder.
