High performance, zero emissions and a highly efficient lithium-ion battery. That is our electric mini excavator MBE800 from SolidHub. With 12 hp of power, you can drive at 2,2 km/h to the desired location on the construction site and dig holes in next to no time. You can overcome slopes and other obstacles with ease because the electric excavator has a gradeability of 30 %. Its 380 mm-wide excavator bucket can exert a digging force of up to 7.500 N on the ground. This allows you to break through even harder, dry ground without difficulty. 

Many advantages with the lithium-ion battery

The integrated Li-ion battery offers many advantages: compared with conventional lead-acid batteries, lithium-ion batteries have a higher capacity (140 Ah), which significantly increases operating time. This means the mini excavator MBE800 from 4 - 5 h can be used depending on the intensity. The efficient battery also reduces charging time to 6 h. In addition, inconvenient maintenance work such as topping up distilled water or carrying out regular servicing is no longer necessary. The lithium-ion technology provides a high level of safety and performance. The integrated battery with a nominal voltage of 72 V reliably supplies the 4.000 W-powerful electric motor with clean energy.

Compact and efficient

With its compact dimensions of 780 x 2.430 mm x 1.930 mm, the mini excavator MBE800 can manoeuvre well even in confined spaces. This is made even easier by the separately controlled excavator tracks, which provide propulsion. This enables an extremely small turning circle because the excavator turns almost on the spot, with only the arm swinging out. Despite this, the excavator's high manoeuvrability allows it to achieve a digging depth of 1,3 m. The maximum digging reach is 2,45 m, while the digging height is 2,35 m. The 360° rotating driver's cab also enables you to work quickly, as excavated soil can be discharged to the side or even behind the excavator.
The electric mini excavator MBE800 is also equipped with a 780-wide dozer blade, which enables paths to be cleared cleanly, soil to be broken up and removed, and the excavator to be secured when stored. It can be lowered to a depth of 200 mm and has a maximum ground clearance of 120 mm. 

Before commissioning, check the national regulations applicable in the country of use. The operator is responsible for commissioning the equipment and for ensuring that suitable personnel are available for its operation.

Please strictly follow the instructions for using the battery in the operating manual. It is essential never to allow the battery to become deeply discharged. The battery should therefore be charged regularly, even when the device is not being used.
