Robi4-HD – The future of gastronomy and events

The service robot Robi4-HD of TecMaschin helps you to make service more efficient, modern and attractive. With its dimensions of 490 mm x 580 mm x 1.290 mm and a weight of 66 kg, it is particularly compact and fits through any standard door. Thanks to intelligent sensor technology (LiDAR, ultrasound and RGBD cameras), it navigates safely and detects obstacles. it can overcome height differences of up to 8240 mm and gaps of up to 8242 mm in width. For a smooth journey, it needs a minimum aisle width of 7604 mm, a minimum door width of 8243 mm and smooth floors.
Particularly practical: the navigation map is created directly on the robot – without the internet. This ensures maximum data security and quick setup.

Intuitive operation and optimally placed advertising

The serving robot impresses with its particularly intuitive operation via a 10.1-inch touch display and a 15.6-inch advertising display, which is ideal for advertising and information purposes. Via WLAN, content such as videos and music can be easily transferred from a mobile phone to the robot's large memory. Its four trays, measuring 390 x 425 mm with 200 mm between levels, can each hold up to 10 kg – ideal for plates or goodies at trade fairs. Each of the four shelves is equipped with sensors that can detect exactly which tray an item has been taken from. This allows you to see directly whether a delivery has been successful. The trays are also equipped with LED lights that can light up in four colours (red, green, blue, yellow) to indicate the current status. This combination of automatic recognition and visual status display minimises errors, improves the service flow and ensures a modern, interactive experience in restaurants, at trade fairs and in other areas of application. Depending on your needs, you can choose between different modes, such as "Fast Delivery", "Round Trip", "Guided Tour" and "Birthday Delivery". In addition, the robot's announcements can be customised.
The service robot moves at a speed between 0,3 m/s and 1,2 m/s. You can easily set your preferred speed in the settings. The lithium-ion battery has an operating time of up to 10 h and is fully charged within 4 h. Thanks to the charging station, which can be plugged into a standard 230 V socket, the Robi4-HD can also charge on its own during breaks.
