Robi4-HD – the future for hospitality and events

The waiter robot Robi4-HD from TecMaschin helps you make your service more efficient, modern and attractive. With dimensions of 490 mm x 580 mm x 1.290 mm and a weight of 66 kg, it is particularly compact and fits through any standard door. Thanks to intelligent sensor technology (LiDAR, ultrasonic sensors and RGBD cameras), it navigates safely and detects obstacles. The Robi4-HD handles level differences of up to 17 mm and gaps up to 30 mm wide. For a smooth journey, it requires an aisle width of at least 700 mm, a door width of at least 750 mm and smooth floors.
Especially practical: the navigation map is created directly on the robot – entirely without the internet. This ensures maximum data security and fast setup.

Intuitive operation and ideally positioned advertising

The service robot impresses with particularly intuitive operation via a 10,1-inch touchscreen and a 15,6-inch advertising display, which is ideal for advertising and information purposes. Via WLAN, content such as videos and music can easily be transferred from a mobile phone to the robot's 32 GB storage. Its four trays, measuring 390 x 425 mm with a spacing of 200 mm between levels, can each carry up to 10 kg – ideal for plates or goodies at trade fairs. Each of the four storage surfaces is equipped with sensors that precisely detect which tray an item was removed from. This enables the Robi4-HD to detect immediately whether a delivery has been completed successfully. The trays also feature LED lights that can illuminate in four colours (red, green, blue and yellow) to indicate the current status. This combination of automatic detection and visual status display minimises errors, improves service flow and creates a modern, interactive experience in restaurants, at trade fairs and in other areas of application. Depending on your needs, you can choose between different modes, such as “Fast delivery”, “Round trip”, “Guiding” and “Birthday delivery”. The robot's announcements can also be customised. 
The service robot moves at a speed between 0,3 m/s and 1,2 m/s. You can easily set your preferred speed in the settings. The lithium-ion battery has an operating time of up to 10 h and is fully charged within 4 h. Thanks to the charging station, which is connected to a standard 230 V socket, the Robi4-HD can also charge itself during breaks. 
Whether as support in restaurants, as a service robot at trade fairs or as a digital assistant in hotels, hospitals and care facilities, the Robi4-HD provides good service flow, relieves the burden on your staff and is a highlight for guests and customers.
