The SolidHub HEF16/5 provides reliable support for transporting, picking and stacking loads up to 1.600 kg and a lifting height of 90 - 5.000 mm. Thanks to its low noise level of 74 dB, even prolonged work with the electric high-lift truck is comfortable. With its enormous lift height, the HEF16/5 is also suitable for high halls. The mast height of 2.245 - 5.595 mm must be taken into account.

Comfortable and ergonomic operation

The ergonomically designed tiller arm makes it particularly user-friendly to operate. All lifting and lowering functions can be conveniently performed using the multifunction tiller arm button. All important control instruments, such as the battery charge indicator, operating hours counter, emergency stop switch and keys, are centrally located and within the operator's direct field of vision.

When driving, the side-folding safety bars ensure that the driver has a secure footing at all times, even when cornering, and is reliably protected against falling. When the driver's platform and bars are not needed, they can be easily folded onto the high-lift truck. Additional protection is provided by the complete cladding of the vehicle body and the low ground clearance, as this reduces the risk of injuries to the feet. Due to the low ground clearance, it is important that the HEF16/5 is only used on smooth, level floors and driveways. The low housing height and the lattice construction of the mast also allow good visibility through the telescopic lift mast – people and goods remain in view at all times. Thanks to its waterproof control unit, this high-quality electronic high-lift truck is also ideal for harsh working conditions such as cold, damp and dust. This makes it ideal for use in production halls or cold stores, for example. However, the HEF16/5 is not designed for permanent use in cold stores or for use in the rain or in high humidity.

Powerful motor, short charging time

The 1,5 kW motor power reliably supports the transport of Euro pallets and mesh boxes up to 1.600 kg. The 210 Ah battery capacity enables a total runtime of 4 h at full capacity. The built-in acid battery has a voltage of 24 V and can be conveniently charged at any standard 230 V socket using the external charger. When the battery is completely empty, the charging process takes approx. 7 h.

Handling, control of the high-lift truck HEF16/5 from SolidHub

The maximum transport speed is 5 km/h (pedestrian speed). Thanks to the integrated control function, the speed can be continuously adjusted using the rocker lever. This means that the electric high-lift truck can also be driven at a comfortable and controlled speed on foot with the platform folded down. An electromechanical regenerative brake ensures easy and safe transport. This not only enables reliable braking, but also helps to extend the battery life.

Depending on the load, the electric high-lift truck can also be used on inclines of up to 5 - 7 %. The smooth-running, easily manoeuvrable rollers made of PU and high-quality ball bearings are standard equipment on the SolidHub HEF16/5. The PU rollers impress with their abrasion resistance and good traction. At the same time, they roll easily and quietly over uneven surfaces – an ideal compromise between smooth running and rolling resistance. The 3 kW steering motor makes manoeuvring the electric forklift particularly easy. Please note the permissible floor load before using the HEF16/5.

Good to know: Warehouse staff do not need special training or a forklift licence for this. However, the person must be at least 18 years old. An introduction to operating the lifting device is sufficient. When working with the SolidHub HEF16/5 electric pallet truck, it is of course important to observe and comply with legal requirements.
