Floor condition refers to the condition of a floor, e.g. the structure (smooth, rough, paved), the material (tiles, concrete) or the presence of unevenness. In warehousing, the condition of the floor is an important factor in determining the bay load. The bay load is the maximum weight that a rack can bear in total - i.e. excluding the weight of the rack itself.
