The filter is a central part of the AS25 welding fume extraction system, used to remove harmful particles from the air.
Our specially designed filter has a diameter of 325 mm and a height of 400 mm. Despite its size and performance, it weighs only 3,17 kg, which makes it easy to handle and install.
One of the outstanding features of this filter is its filter accuracy. With a very high accuracy, it is able to filter even particles as small as 0,3 µm from the air, which is particularly important in welding, as the smoke produced often contains microscopic particles that can be harmful to health if inhaled.
The filter material is made of coated polyester, is resistant to wear and particularly efficient at particle filtration. The coating improves filter performance and helps to extend the filter's service life.
