Shipping – costs & packaging
All information about our nationwide and international shipping process is explained in detail. In principle, shipping within Germany is free for deliveries of any item listed in our online shop. For shipping to an island, however, there is a surcharge (€99.00 per delivery to German islands). Why not collect the goods from one of our two warehouses instead? Our warehouse in southern Germany is based in Baden-Wuerttemberg (Warehouse BW) at 70794 Filderstadt (near Stuttgart Airport) and our warehouse in northern Germany is based in North Rhine Westphalia (Warehouse NRW) at 46485 Wesel – if you collect the goods yourself, you can benefit from a discount of 5% on the net purchase price. Some items in our product range can be shipped by parcel service due to them being smaller. Our transport partners include GLS and Hermes. Using their services, delivery times can be between 1 and 5 days. Should your goods be shipped via parcel service, our communications with you will include a link so you can track the delivery.
Shipping to European countries
We ship daily to Austria and Switzerland (details below). In principle, we can deliver to any country within Europe; here we charge a flat-rate European delivery fee of €149.00, applied once per transaction. If a sales tax identification (VAT) number is given, we will deliver your order free of sales tax.
The delivery times within Europe vary and are displayed on our online shop depending on the country selected. For deliveries sent abroad, the goods are usually transferred / handed over to the forwarding agent within one day after receipt of payment. You will receive shipping confirmation by email.
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery shall be made by forwarding agent (usually 40t with side unloading without additional lifting gear). We are happy to assist, should you wish your delivery to be carried out by another type of vehicle.
Shipping to Austria
For shipping to Austria, a one-off flat-rate fee of €99.00 applies per transaction.
The delivery time after handover to the forwarding agent takes approx. 1-3 working days. If you have supplied us with your VAT number, we will deliver your order to Austria free of VAT.
Shipping to Switzerland
For shipping to Switzerland, a one-off flat-rate fee of €199.00 applies per transaction.
The delivery time to Switzerland takes approx. 3–5 working days following handover to the forwarding agent. As a non-EU-jurisdiction country, TOPREGAL deliveries to Switzerland are VAT-free. We take care of the entire customs clearance process for you, including the preparation of the customs papers.
After receipt of your order, our customer service team will get in touch with you regarding the shipping process. Please note that any import tax and other additional fees (e.g. customs duties, for an electronic tax assessment or electronic customs declaration) might be invoiced separately by the logistics service provider. Please let us know if you have a CSP account.
We ask for your understanding that in some cases delivery cannot be made within the specified delivery time due to delays at customs.

Shipping by our standard forwarding agency
Most of our products are shipped by a freight forwarder due to their oversized dimensions and heavy weight. Shipping within Germany is handled by our standard forwarding agent. You are also welcome to commission your own transport service provider or pick up the goods yourself in one of our warehouses in Filderstadt or Wesel – here you save 5% on the net value of the goods with our cash & carry discount. Our heavy-duty racks are usually handed over to the forwarding agent on the day following receipt of the order and/or payment.
You will be informed about the shipping of your heavy-duty racks by email and, if requested (in the order process), the forwarding agent will contact you by telephone to agree and arrange the exact delivery time. Please provide us with a telephone number you can always be contacted on (mobile) for this purpose. Generally, we deliver the goods between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.; during this time, we assume that acceptance points are continuously staffed. Repeat deliveries will be charged by the freight forwarder.
On request, we can arrange a fixed delivery date with the forwarding agent.
Please note that, in principle, your goods are delivered by articulated lorry. To unload the goods from the HGV (unloading from the side), a forklift truck or other lifting equipment is required. This is not provided by the freight forwarder. If you wish to arrange an alternative way of unloading, please let us know when you place your order. We will then do our best to find a more suitable unloading option for you (tail lift, etc.). For items measuring a max. length of up to 2.70m, the alternative of unloading by tail lift is available on request.
For a surcharge, you can opt for 24-hour express delivery within Germany.

Shipping – the process
Following your order, you’ll have to opt for one of our payment methods. We then hand over the goods to the forwarding agent. Deliveries within Germany take a max. of 3 working days. Prior to delivery, the forwarding agent will contact you regarding the time of delivery.
